A special thank you to Lek, the Assistant Front Office Manager, who went out of her way to ensure my stay was smooth and memorable. The breakfast buffet? Absolutely massive — it’s hands-down the biggest I’ve ever seen

Great location, about a ten-minute walk to the subway station. There are many food stalls right outside the hotel, a Lawson convenience store across the street, and 7-Elevens on both sides

The breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety to cater to multiple nationalities, and the taste was great. The room was clean, and the toiletries smelled lovely. There's also a rooftop bar upstairs

The hotel is situated on a street known for massage parlors, which are quite bustling in the evenings. If you're tired, you can pop across the street for a foot massage – it's fantastic!

You can have breakfast outdoors, with a garden right behind where local Thais often go for morning and evening runs, and there are also facilities like a basketball court nearby

The location is super convenient. There's an LRT station nearby, and a newly opened large shopping mall is right behind the hotel, making shopping and dining incredibly easy

Used to stay at a hotel closer to central than this one, but still near Central, Big C and Platinum!! Siam Center and etc is pretty far though. The family room was so big and spacious, we just ran around the whole room

had a wonderful stay at The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam. We stayed here for 4 nights with my family. The location is very convenient for shopping and getting around

The bed and bathroom were huge too!! 711 right next door so it was super convenient! The hotel has 2 buildings so getting to your room could take longer

One thing I really liked is that from the hotel lobby you can easily access McDonald’s, KFC, Starbucks, and a 7-Eleven, which was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable, and the room amenities were good

It’s super easy to go around for shopping as everything is just at a walking distance. The staff is super sweet and super efficient. Overall loved their dosas experience and cannot wait to come back ❤️

The staff handled it very kindly, offering to fix it even after 6 PM, though we declined since we didn’t want to wait. Check-in was relatively quick, though they require a 1,000 baht security deposit (standard practice)

It was spotless and came with a variety of amenities that made our stay comfortable. We enjoyed using the pool, which overlooked the metro and offered a unique cityscape experience

Fantastic gym, pool, great room service and food. A little far from downtown area but there is an MRT station 1 minute away. Good restaurants, facilities in surrounding area.

The entire building is huge, and I stayed in Block C, which felt a bit dated in terms of facilities, but everything else was fine. The breakfast had a good variety, including omelets, which I was quite happy with

There were no instructions for calling the front desk or details about Wi-Fi in the room. It was quite noisy outside the room, even late at night, as many people were staying over Christmas and New Year's

Staying here for business trips has boosted my productivity. The room has a large desk and a comfortable chair, and the internet speed is incredibly fast – video calls run perfectly without any lag

Highly recommend for travelers who visit Bangkok. The hotel located near by MRT wish is very convenient. All staff are friendly and polite.

On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located directly across from ICONSIAM and offers a handy boat shuttle service. It's an older five-star hotel, and the service was excellent and very welcoming

The Hilton faces a main road and is very noisy, whereas the Sheraton's entrance is on a smaller street with cozy street food stalls and two 7-Elevens, next to the River City complex. The twin beds are a generous 1

Service at both was friendly and enthusiastic. In short, these two hotels are directly opposite each other, and their prices are similar, so I was torn between them. Hope this helps others decide!

The Hilton rooms are newer, but there's a constant mechanical hum from outside, making the whole room rumble, while the Sheraton is very quiet. The breakfast was also exceptionally good

There are plenty of tuk-tuks and motorbikes outside the hotel; make sure to bargain. It's incredibly convenient, with two public piers on either side of the hotel

Although the Sheraton is across from ICONSIAM, the half-hour shuttle boat ride effectively means you can go and come back whenever you want

For people that don’t like to walk just note the rooms in the sky wing are a decent distance from the hotel lobby. The rooms in the square wing are a short walk

We had a spacious room 35m2 with a great bed/matrass and lovely pillows, corner with a table and couch, fridge a hairdryer shampoo, showergell, cotton buds, toothbrush+paste, showercap, thea, coffee and 2 bottles of water everyday

Thanks to the hotel we had a great first experience in Bangkok. Location is great if you like to go out to. It is just a few minutes walk from Nana BTS station and 30 minutes from the airport BKK

The lobby is huge and our luggage was immediately taken on the trolly. At checkin we paid 2000Bath deposit but it was completely returned when we checked out

Upon checkin the staff advised me that I would receive a free room upgrade which was nice. The room was clean and in a good location

The location of the hotel from the historical centre, far away, by foot 1. The hotel itself is not new, but clean and tidy, the rooms are clean, free of mold, cleaned every day and towels changed

I really liked this hotel and the environment around it is also very nice and most importantly the main shopping and mall is just a short distance from the hotel so me and my friend are happy.

They also have complimentary toiletries, water, coffee and tea. The staff service is excellent. For me, great deal for its price

I visit this place on March 14th 2020, and enjoy the food in the resto. I choose and enjoy the buffet here, all I can eat.

It's decent, but it gets really noisy in the middle of the night, and the soundproofing isn't great.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but everything is very clean. The shower has great water pressure, which was really nice. It's also super convenient to get to the pier, and there's a supermarket right downstairs

The location is truly excellent! It is perfectly situated for exploring the city, with easy access to [e. , the BTS Skytrain, shopping malls, restaurants. It makes getting around Bangkok so convenient

It's very central but no as crowded as some other core areas. Some rooms look "older" than others but it's not a big issue. All rooms are very spacious and you can tell the cleaning is done properly

Great Hotel to Stay with Families. We stayed there with our kids. Great Swimming Pool, they have 2 swimming pool, 11th and 12th Floor. Superb Night View of Bangkok Skyline from the Open Sky Bar on 11th Floor

7/11 on the ground floor just near hotel entrance 4. Good Place For street shopping of cloths

So good we came back. This time we got a three bedroom apartment. This is good for a family. Quiet, good views, nice pools. Restaurant has a great view (see photo). Food OK.

We also received a complimentary room upgrade which was very nice although not expected. Most staff spoke decent English. GREAT air conditioning, hot water, and SAFE water (we drank the tap water and it was fine)

Disadvantages - There are no street food available vicinity - Need to take Grab to nearby Chinatown - Its not place for shopping accept walking across main road to night fresh meat and fruits market which opens till 8am morning - Too many perverts Caucasians aiming for single ladies Advantages - Hotel located just beside Bobae Tower

For instance, guests staying in Building B who take the elevator down and press the 11th floor button will end up in a dark, old lobby. You actually need to press the 10th floor button for the regular entrance

The glasses is dirty that spoils the beautiful view, towel has dried cockroach, should be checked when it’s given to the customer. Overall, stay is perfect with great staff hospitality

Every thing is still very good , this 7th time I booked this hotel again since 2016, before I booked some hotel around Siam , Silom, still happy the service, even now the buffet breakfast they change to Indian foods , I can Understand for them nowaday a lot of Indian tourists, I am not happy the staff in the service downstar not the lobby ( they are super good) , when I saw they have this service I...

There's also an outdoor pool, a fruit shop, a buffet restaurant, and a cafe, so you could easily spend an entire day without leaving the hotel

Anyway This hotel is verygood expect this man and other man ( they ask they to use the service). This is last time I spent holiday in Bangkok and Thailand. Thanks for good to me before and now bye bye never comeback

Very clean and spacious. The breakfast was really yummy. It was very peacefula nd comfortable to stay there. We are also coming for next time and have also recommand our friends.

The highlights were definitely being the tallest hotel in Bangkok, with great indoor photo spots on the 78th floor and the amazing rotating indoor observation deck on the 84th floor

The pool clean with plenty of sunbeds. Spa was incredible, one of the best massages I've had. On top of all of this it is joined to a huge shopping centre with amazing sales this time of year and a BTS on Sukhumvit line

The hotel staff is amazing, service is their priority and they perform. Rooms are a little dated but not lacking in any amenities. His a nice pool, plenty of space, and the breakfast was excellent

I had a flawless stay at Centara Grand Ladprao. 5/5 across the board for cleanliness and service. The connection to the shopping mall is a huge convenience, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable

It is conveniently located, the entrance to the mall is next to hotel providing a food court (delish food) money exchange and anything else you might need. The regular rooms are excellent with king size beds if needed

The service staff are all friendly and surprisingly the receptionists at the breakfast cafe basically remembered our family after 2 days. The only disappointment is at the room, cleaniness is only fair

The empty glasses or empty bottles were not taken away on the tables everyday, we had to ask housekeeping to take them away while they brought us the bottles of water

There was one morning that our room was not even clean up until 3:00pm when we returned to our room, we have to remind concierge that the room was not tidy up

The room service team always forgot to fill us with bottles of water almost everyday

The hotel is convenient, it is right next to Siam Kempinski Hotel and Siam Paragon for shoppig. The hotel offered free buggies from 10am-10pm to Siam Paragon, only 3 mins ride. The pool is excellent for families !

This was my second stay here, and this time I booked a family room which was much larger and more comfortable. However, there were two minor disappointments

Both the 9th and 4th-floor breakfasts had smoked salmon, and getting a few slices every day was absolutely delightful! The hotel's location is also excellent – it's just a five-minute walk to CentralWorld and a little over ten minutes to the Erawan Shrine

The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with a wide selection of delectable options to suit every palate. In conclusion, my stay at the Amari Hotel was an unforgettable experience

The Club Room I booked exceeded my expectations! A huge thank you to everyone at the 9th-floor Club for their enthusiastic and prompt responses to all our needs over the past few days

They offer light snacks at noon, afternoon tea, and even two or three hot dishes for dinner, which almost covers all three meals! This is incredibly convenient for anyone unsure of where to eat in the mall

Amari Bangkok has always been Thé hotel I’ll stay in whenever I’m in Bangkok. Its close proximity to the platinum mall , Pratunam market, central world and Big C is such great convenience

The hotel is great, very clean, and the staff are enthusiastic. Shopping centers are all around, within walking distance

The service was good, including the staff at greeting and reception. There were many choices at breakfast, which were decent in flavor. The pool was cold and looks nicer in the pictures but the lounge area is comfortable

A short 4 day 3 nights stay. Gym was fantastic as it is open 24 hrs but the pool was pathetic (too small) and the location is slight far from the MRT station (abt 10-15 mins walk).

It was so great the location is amazing and the view from the room is magical

I don't like the smell of the lobby tho. Everything is good the pool is a bit noisy due to the construction.

Friendly staff, very good gym, and really nice breakfast! Downside, lots of construction works, so one side of the building is very noisy, it’s also right by the pool so you wouldn’t really want to use the pool and be able to relax

Breakfast is very important to us, and here it was really good: there's an egg station, yogurts, fresh greens and vegetables, waffles, pancakes, lots of pastries and desserts

Anyway, I probably will come back and this hotel will be my first choice!

Right outside the hotel is the subway station, which is super convenient. There's a swimming pool, but it's quite small. Overall, the environment is decent, and the room cleaning service is excellent

They give the space a classic and slightly glamorous Bangkok hotel atmosphere, and it looks even better in person. The room was comfortable, well maintained, and felt properly cared for

If you book an executive room, you can have breakfast in the executive lounge with more privacy. The gym is amazing, new technogym equipment! All in all very good quality and value for money!

This is our second time staying at this hotel, and it's just as convenient as before. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the service is excellent, and the breakfast is fantastic.

The room on the 12th floor had a persistent rumbling noise, even with the air conditioning off (first video). Also, the toilet pipes would suddenly make a loud noise, possibly when someone upstairs flushed (second video)

Amazing Spa Experience! My grandma and I visited eforea Spa at this hotel and we absolutely loved it! The atmosphere was so relaxing, the staff were kind and professional, and the treatments left us both feeling refreshed and pampered

Meenoy, the one whom I was speaking with via email was very patient and informative. When we arrived, I was so happy because they even had a decoration about TWICE in their lobby which made our arrival more welcoming

Near DMK so it’s convenient for an overnight stay. No walkable food places near by so be prepared to use GRAB to get around

If coming from airport, buy your evening snacks and drinks directly from the convenience store at the airport. Room was clean, shower had good hot water, breakfast is 199 baht if you pay for it at check in

The Erawan Shrine is right downstairs, and Siam Square is also nearby, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient! Highly recommend! The breakfast is simply amazing! A wide variety of options, and the ambiance is superb! The service there is also fantastic!

Unlike some hotels where the mini-bar is only free upon check-in, this one was refilled every single day! Fantastic! The location is also superb, right next to the Erawan Shrine, and across the street from Central shopping center

The front desk staff were also incredibly polite and thoughtful. Environment: The hygiene was excellent; the room had no strange odors whatsoever. After each room cleaning, the mini-bar was fully restocked

Service: The service was impeccable. They even delivered a latex pillow promptly in the middle of the night. As for water, they generously provided six bottles each time, and it was delivered very quickly

Would also like to highlight that even the breakfast buffet service crew is helpful. One of the student trainees serving us (Gel from Philippines) was very observant and alert to assist the customers

Fabulous overnight stay at the Centara Grand and perfect for our tf to and from the cruise port! immaculately clean and free upgrade given to include a full sized free standing bath and a shower that probably would hold half of Bangkok!! Would stay here again without hesitation as it also has a 56 floor cru bar and offers guests a free evening cocktail on the hotels roof bar with amazing views of Bangkok

Comes with breakfast, tea service, cocktail hour and after dinner service at different timings of the day if you are at the hotel. Very thankful for the complementary chocolates, wine and thoughtful design

However, I never saw a spa, and when I asked about a shuttle, they didn't have anything. I also asked about restaurants and a pool bar mention on the site. But there was only 2 restaurants and no pool bar
