Upon checkin the staff advised me that I would receive a free room upgrade which was nice. The room was clean and in a good location. For people that don’t like to walk just note the rooms in the sky wing are a decent distance from the hotel lobby. The rooms in the square wing are a short walk.

Thanks to the hotel we had a great first experience in Bangkok. Location is great if you like to go out to. It is just a few minutes walk from Nana BTS station and 30 minutes from the airport BKK. The room was great, and the soundproofing was excellent. Breakfast was very Western-style. For getting around, you pretty much have to rely on taxis. For shopping, there's a 7-Eleven and a Japanese drugstore right downstairs.

The hotel facilities are a bit old, but everything is very clean. The shower has great water pressure, which was really nice. It's also super convenient to get to the pier, and there's a supermarket right downstairs. Plus, they offer a good variety for breakfast.

So good we came back. This time we got a three bedroom apartment. This is good for a family. Quiet, good views, nice pools. Restaurant has a great view (see photo). Food OK.

Excellent location, check in is really slow as there r too many ppl waiting and too little staff. Rooms are old w cracked tiles and smoking smells in rooms. Breakfast is the only thing that is good. Lifts are slow but staffs are patient.

Service was great, top marks. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had plenty of choices and was delicious. We had the dinner buffet as well. I frequently stayed at Asia Hotel and it has been 4 times within 10 months. Location is excellent and directly connected to Ratchathewi BTS. 7/11 is just downstairs. Easily accessible to local food vendors and Thai massage. The hotel rooms are a bit old, but you can still manage to stay here unless you are allergic to these flaws. Hotel was clean but staff could’ve been more helpful. Are surrounding was quiet, had a few restaurants and a KFC nearby and a mall was within a fifteen minute walk which was really nice. It definitely wasn't right downtown in the mix of bangkok. There was one other big downfall, and that was, if you wanted to go to bed early.Don't count on it because they always had a live band going on at the bar. Now don't get me wrong, they had a great band and also the lead guitarist had a great voice.But they would go all the way tell 12am.

This hotel was prebooked for participants attending an international event at Thammasat University, Bangkok, Thailand. To me it looked like a high end place with a view of the King River. There's a night market right outside the hotel, so it was convenient. However, driving is a nightmare around there since there's too much traffic. Also, their parking lot is supposed to be open until midnight, but the lights were already turned off by 6 p.m.

Pleasant stay. It is located near to BTS station, just 5 min walk, nearby there’s 7 eleven and some local restaurants. 1 station to Siam. Main road is having some construction, however it does not affect the stay, just that heavy traffic. Breakfast choices are good.

Cherry and Toie were great and very helpful when they checked us in. The location is great and all staff is amazing. Beds are super comfortable and towels are also great. The only on thing I did not like was there was mold stain in the corners in the washroom.

Overall, it was pretty good. The room decor was nice, and the service was okay, just a bit slow. The hygiene definitely needs improvement. The first set of bedsheets in the room wasn't clean. I called someone to change them, and they replaced everything on the bed, which was good. However, the newly replaced duvet cover wasn't clean either.

The hotel's location is unbeatable. It's directly opposite Erawan Shrine and right next to the BTS station. Big C is next door, and CentralWorld is across the street, making it super convenient to get anywhere. Breakfast was standard, and the room felt a bit dated, but the service was really good. The environment and location are very convenient. However, the room cleaning needs improvement. Although the facilities are a bit old, the attention to detail in cleaning should be enhanced. The limescale on the sink faucet should be removed; citric acid would do the trick.

Wonderful as always! Stay on the most crowded day. So many event around ‘til parking lot were fulled, however I’m lucky to got one for myself. If you stay at NOVOTEL you can get ticket to waiver parking fee once check-out. Spend the night in comfy bed with quality movie. :)

I've stayed here several times when attending a concert in Impact MuangThongThani. The location is convenient for walking to event halls. Breakfasthas variety of selection. The only weakness of this hotel is that eventhough they provide a free coupon for parking in Parking buildings, but there's no reserved area for hotel guest at all.

Loved the location of this hotel , located ideally for shopping , the metro and for generally getting around. We booked a connecting room which was perfect for our family trip. The hotel is located at less busy street which is more peaceful and yet the BTS station is just right in front to make it easier to travel around.

The hotel located between Rama 9 and Ratchada road where is center of Bangkok. Suvarnabhumi airport is not for from here , it just only 20 minutes from there. This is my second stay at this hotel after a year, and a lot has changed in the surroundings. The building across the street has been torn down and is now a flat lot. However, the hotel continues to maintain its usual Marriott-level standard, with excellent service and well-developed surrounding facilities.

The hotel's location is super convenient, just about a 10-minute walk from Central World. The facilities are also great. The only minor downside is that the room card sensors in the hotel seem to have an issue… whether it's the elevator or the room door sensor, you have to try inserting the card several times, sometimes even ten or more, before it finally works.
