My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Malee’s Nature Lovers bungalow. As its name suggests this place is for those who want to escape the city’s noice and rush. The resort is very peaceful, scenic and cozy. The owners are so friendly and accommodating, breakfasts were delicious with homemade bread and jelly :)
We rented bicycles to scout around the area, there are some interesting things to see and experience.

The best thing about staying at Malee is the delicious breakfasts that she serves every morning. Choices includes, fruit, yogurt and very tasty bread with jam. It’s would be so great to enjoy a nice coffee with it instead of instant but that’s all there is.

The grounds are very quiet and the bungalows are well spaced from each other. The shower was not hot at first but was okay after her husband changed the shower box.

The room was okay. I stayed 4 nights. Could be vastly improved if the threadbare towels were replaced, a bath mat in the bathroom, and a mattress with no wayward springs were exchanged. I wanted a private room and shower and that’s what I got.

Malee was helpful and called me a taxi every day.
Like I said, the breakfasts were great.

I had a really lovely stay at Malee's. Being on my own and not riding a scooter, there was the potential for this to be a bit of an isolating trip to Chaing Dao. But thanks to Malee and Kurt it was the opposite. Kurt really knows his stuff about the area and hiking routes. I told him what sort of level I was looking for and I ended up doing to really great half day hikes. Thoroughly enjoyed them both and saw some incredible views. Whilst Malee is a great host. On the second day she rounded up all the guests and took us out for dinner. The restaurant was great and it meant I got to know the other guest. As a result a few of us ended up going down to the bar and out for dinner together. So, what could have been a bit of a lonely trip ended up being a really nice time, meeting interesting people and seeing some amazing nature. Overall, a lovely stay and I would recommend Chiang Dao, and especially Malee's, to anyone who enjoys nature.

Breakfast was delicious but the lady running could definitely calm down a bit. Rooms weren't very clean. Overall ok experience.

Comfortable and homely stay. Malee is a wonderful host and very helpful. Beautiful gardens and mountain views, delicious home cooked breakfast. We enjoyed our day trip to the waterfall and temple, and had the best chinese gyoza for lunch. Would love to stay again.

At Malee's great bungalow for any true nature lovers. Great sun deck area for mediation or yoga I was surrounded by beautiful mountain views , fresh clean air and hearing the wonderful sounds of animals and creatures in their natural habitat. My bungalow was just perfect. I wouldn't change anything as it has it own unique style. Loved my stay there.

Malee and her husband are very nice. The environment was lovely and the room was a good size. Location is a bit far from town but they have bikes for rent. Would stay again.

The bungalow grounds are surrounded by tall trees, but there is a structure for stargazing. There are also beds to lie down on and look at the stars. However, it is cold, so you need to take measures to protect yourself from the cold. The barbecue dinner while looking at the starry sky is also worth the money. Unfortunately, the air is polluted in February, March, and April, so you can't see the stars clearly.
