Loved it! Close to Nimman, close to bars, so you can stumble back drunk. Great atmosphere.

The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. They were very accommodating when we needed to switch rooms and really understood our needs. I have to give a special shout-out to the lady at the front desk – she was absolutely wonderful, always greeting us with a smile. When we needed laundry done, she even helped us connect with an outside service. On checkout, we accidentally left a water gun in our room, and she proactively used a translation app to offer compensation, which was incredibly thoughtful. Her service attitude and enthusiasm were truly exceptional. And honestly, every single staff member we encountered was responsible, warm, and attentive. If I ever return to Chiang Mai, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Just to add, I saw some reviews mentioning mosquitoes and roosters affecting sleep. I want to say, there was mosquito repellent in the room, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. If you keep the door closed at night, you won't have mosquitoes. I slept incredibly well here and wasn't bothered by any noise – I didn't even want to get out of bed, haha!

It's like a private house, very clean. They offer umbrellas when it rains, and motorcycle rentals are available.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, always smiling. I chose 'average' because there was no kettle and no hooks to hang towels. However, the location is incredibly convenient, so I'd definitely like to stay here again!

Great location, only two minutes from Maya Lifestyle Shopping Center, yet still quiet! The hotel staff are very friendly! Breakfast includes coffee, milk, and pancakes/bread to enjoy! Highly recommend!
