Beautiful minded reception, approach roads lead to choicest​ destination of Pattaya, eateries, Alcazar, walking street market, spa, massage therapist and Sea activities.

Good breakfast, near to the beach, cleanliness needs improvement, some areas had a smell of fungus & mould because of old structure, renovation required.

Old hotel. We were lucky with the room ( no smell of the debate, nor the noise of the condo, no leaks....) If you do not find fault, we can live. The food is OK. The staff is ready to help.

Stayed here for two weeks. Overall the hotel is old style: shabby rooms, old plumbing, but everything works. Not happy that the Windows don't open and no balconies. Pleased with Wi-Fi everywhere, free and fast. Very good location: close to the beach and supermarkets.

The hotel is convenient. The breakfasts are good. For three in Pattaya is a great option! The staff is nice. The carpet in the hallway would do well do change. The furniture is all worn out. But this does not prevent the rest!

Relatively low price, great location, quiet at night, rooms are OK. In the corridors of course tin. It would not hurt to change the carpet though. Basik small and cold.

Great hotel/resort in a gorgeous location perched right on the cliff at Cozy Beach. Has one of the best infinity pools I have seen at a resort, with lots of shade & comfortable sun lounges. Steep stairs take you down the cliff, to the beach front which is also beautiful. You can then take another set of steep stairs upto Sky Gallery, or walk the full length of the beach which has numerous beach umbrellas...

I think the Royal Cliff is a fantastic resort. It's a bit older, but very well maintained. This time we stayed in the Grand on the 19th floor; what a fantastic view! The staff were incredibly friendly! So helpful and kind. A beautiful, large property with a private beach and various pool areas. The food was always good. It's pure relaxation. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

The location is great, and people are friendly. However, pay close attention to the bills at the bar and restaurants, especially at Maharani. We were overcharged and although the amounts are relatively small, it does not suit the standards of this hotel.

The reception staff, the concierge, and the cleaning staff are so warm and eager to get everything right. Great! The rooms are nicer than in the pictures, very clean and allergy-friendly. The staff here were excellent. Very welcoming and friendly. Located in a great spot. Has got soft mattresses (haha). Was reading reviews saying it was loud with paper thin walls, however we did not experience this on our stay. The breakfast had a good variety and a chocolate fountain.

This is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed. The services were top notch! There was always someone at the door to greet you or help with anything you need. The sea view from the room was fantastic, and the rooftop pool was even better. Plus, there were even sharks accompanying diners at the restaurant downstairs – truly a nice touch!

The hotel's design is excellent, and there's a golf shuttle that arrives promptly with just a call to the front desk! The hotel also offers a shuttle to and from Central Pattaya, but you need to book it in advance with the front desk. Nice hotel with very helpful staffs. Peaceful feeling with sense of privacy didn’t feel like we are in pattaya at all. A little small beach due to the location of the hotel which locating on a cliff. The staffs are so nice and very helpful really love that hospitalities. The dining room is so romantic with the sunset view and delicious Italian food.

The environment is elegant, and the scenery is beautiful. The hygiene is also good. However, the service from the doormen is quite strange. We stayed for six nights, and they never greeted guests, even when we arrived back at the hotel entrance by taxi. For a five-star hotel, this service is quite unusual.

The overall environment is good, typical of an InterContinental resort, but the rooms are a bit small and the balcony lacks privacy. The hotel lobby is quite distinctive and picturesque. The food wasn't as good as I expected (especially since Ctrip recommended it as a 'foodie hotel'), and transportation is inconvenient, requiring taxis to get around.

It is a good property with wonderful view, amenities and spacious rooms, good service and American breakfast. But lacks in employees who understand English and totally lacks with Indian food. If you can manage without Indian food then undoubtedly a good place to stay.

Good rooms with everything you need. We had a small balcony with the view over the pool and to the (not so romantic) beach. The pool area made me feel a kind of sad over the lack of charm, but the water was nice and clean like the hotel in general. I've stayed here before. The setting is beautiful, with the beach right past the swimming pool and a restaurant conveniently located downstairs. My only complaint this time was that the bed felt very damp, the entire room was humid, and even the blankets were moist.

I stayed here every time I visited my friend. The Villa rooms are close to the sea, very nice view at both sunset & sunrise. Its swimming pool is beautiful. Its location is near the Naklua market where there are the seafood market & various home-recipe restaurants & food shops.

The hotel was right infront of Pattaya Beach and in between two beach clubs which is awesome, but if you are an early sleeper, then its not advisable.
