The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station, the Sanctuary of Truth, and shopping malls. It's surrounded by plenty of amenities and offers great value for money.

Come with kids and elder parents. Room are spacious with one king bed and one bunk bed. The breakfast is good with a lot of varieties. Beach is adjacent to hotel and does not have to walk out from hotel

Only thing is service of front desk we book with 2 kids but only 2 towels provided then I call and ask for 2 more they charge 300 baht for night. Very very nonsense for charging

Indoor and outdoor seating is nice too. Restaurants are alright although we prefer to eat out of the hotel. Hotel is located close to shops and restaurants so no problems there

While the building isn't as new as some high-end Bangkok hotels, after insisting with the front desk not to be on a lower floor due to a late check-in, we got a room on a floor with a good view

The location and environment are absolutely superb, very close to Terminal 21. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, so much so that you could just lounge around inside all day without needing to go out.

This place has its own water park and dinosaurs 🦕 for the kids. Also has Zipline from top of tower to street. Neighborhood is mostly Russian now. Room is clean and has a balcony with view of ocean

Vast green territory with numerous squirrels, great view from the balcony and high monumental building of the hotel - that's all for positive. Everything else is poor: - Cold "empty" breakfasts, not tasty at all

The staff are extremely friendly and the location is really good. I go to the sunbeam once a year but I have noticed the guests getting louder and more distruptive over the last 2 years

I stayed this place for 3 nights. Great quiet location small hotel 5 stories tall. Air conditioning unit located outside by balcony created hot air make it impossible to sit outside on balcony to get fresh air

Excellent location, sea water quality good, pool good, plenty of parking, sunbeds insufficient for number of tourists and the sauna/steam room does not work. The hotel itself is adequate and functional

The bed was comfortable enough and they provided a crib for our baby free of charge (it was a VERY old crib that was rusty and rickety). It all goes downhill in the washroom

Overall, Somerset Pattaya has become one of my favorite hotels in the city. It combines excellent service, great facilities, and a prime location. I’ll definitely be coming back again

Spacious and large grand hotel in an excellent location in north Pattaya. Plenty of parking and plenty of shops and restaurants outside the hotel. Just a 5min walk to terminal 21 Pattaya

Checkin very smooth and hassle free but they ask for room deposit fee of 2000 baht. Room was nice and bed comfortable

A hidden gem in Pattaya with great transport links! It's super close to Terminal 21, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel itself has a lovely atmosphere, plus a pool and a bar.

There are so many beautiful photo opportunities! Behind the hotel, you can easily catch a songthaew for just 10 baht per person to Terminal 21, passing by Walking Street, Chinatown, and the Tiffany's Show along the way

cleaning and room maintenance staff lady somehow was very badly behaving inspite of giving her tips. Flamingo staff is extremely good. all daily need facilities are nearby. to sum up it is satisfying experience

If we had requests/issues and called staff came within minutes. Sometimes their English is not perfect, so misunderstandings may occur, but remember YOU are the guest in their country… The breakfast buffet was AMAZING

Nice room with wide selection morning buffet. You can explore the surronding area as well. Street food vendors, night market, gocery stores, restaurants, etc.

My stay with crystal palace was rather disappointing. Even though the room was incredible and the facilities aswell, the staff was not accommodating, no smiles and didn’t seem like they wanted to be there

Once I checked in there was a dirty towel next to the door on the floor, I mentioned this to reception and when I returned to the room after being out all day it was still there in the same place

The hotel is clean and has good amenities, yet some of their receptionists can't communicate in English very well.

Overall, it's pretty good and quiet. There's a songthaew right outside the door, which is super convenient. It's also very close to the Lan Po seafood market, and they even offer free breakfast from 6-10 AM!

The room is spacious and comes with several pillows. There is a large 55-inch smart TV. The water pressure is strong and the air conditioner is cold. The food selection is varied considering the price.

They have a room to securely keep luggage (++++ For this) The breakfast had indian options (I think 2 items) but the taste was not Indian (Comparing them to the Indian food available at the Restaurant exactly opp to AIYARA GRAND

The Rooms were clean, but I feel it is high time the hotel should undergo renovation. The wooden flooring is chipping out and can be replaced or removed and replaced with Carpet

We checked-out before time as we had something planned, but the checkout time is mentioned at the reception, so do not delay else there is extra charge

Big hotel with 3 building and good location

We stayed at this AIYARA GRAND for 2 nights and I would certainly say the rooms were clean, cleaning staff was prompt and daily cleaned our rooms

The hotel is in good location. Many restaurants in the area. There is 7-11, in front of the alley. But the room is very old and not so clean. The swimming pools is big and well care.

I stayed for 5 nights in a Bungalow April. 15/20 mins walk to beach road. Nice location to visit pattaya. I didn't try the food, (it looked OK though) Definitely would stay again.

Kind staff that speak English checked me in to a bunk bed. Nice, cool lounge area with wi-fi that many used as a place to hang dry their washing. I could only find one shower room (it's also the disabled person bathroom)

The breakfast is good everyday with a different menu. The swimming pool is good and the hotel is nearby to all attractions and Pattaya beach. I will come back even if it's too much Indian than white foreigners hahaha
