3 night stay. Good value for money. Spacious room, clean, balcony, changing towels every day. Two issues: cannot control or turn off the AC. Second, no power sockets next to bed. Breakfast is ok, average.

This hotel is very good. The room is big enough. The shower is so good and hot water. The staff are very kind. They arranged taxi to bangkok with better price than bolt. Maybe the balcony needs chairs and table. And swiming pool is not that big but clean and in my staying it was empty. The rooms are large, great hotel gym which although only dumbbells for free weights has a good collection of fixed machines, short walk to Central Pattaya and very nice staff

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread was quite good, and the hotel staff were generally helpful. A special shout-out to the male staff member who helped with the luggage at the front desk – he was excellent. My only minor concern was the cleanliness, which could be improved. The location was convenient for getting around. All in all, I was quite satisfied.

This hotel is my regular choice in Pattaya since 2016. Great rooms, amenities, etc. Reasonably priced. Many bars are a stone throw away.

The beds at Grass are the most comfortable; Fangzheng stays here every time he comes to Pattaya. There's plenty of food right outside the door, and it's super convenient. It's really close to 168, just a 200-meter walk, and there are 7-Elevens at both the front and back entrances.

KTK is a nice and clean hotel with nice pool and sauna. The breakfast is 249 baht and until 12 o’clock every day! They also offer a shuttle service for free when you want go to the city. Staff from reception is very friendly and the bellboy very helpful.

The hotel just went through rooms refreshment. The room is spacious and comfortable. It’s equipped with small kitchen and dining table. The bathroom is located at the back of the room which different from those common design. Unfortunately, the cleanness is a bit disappointed because there is ants on the dining table and a small cockroach found at luggage area.

This was a nice location within walking distance of most things from shopping to bars. If you desire wild and crazy or calm and social, this location will provide that. It also has a decent pool with a well functioning sauna for both men and women.

Had a pleasant stay. The place was quiet abd peaceful. Location is at the center most amenities are near. The breakfast was superb, has lot of varieties suitable for everyone.

Only main issue was there is work going on next door to building 2 and when I say it’s impossible to stay in bed after 8am I’m not kidding it’s a shame as the hotel is nice

Great hotel with excellent amenities, including a coffee maker and fresh-ground coffee in the room! Everything was clean and cozy. The only thing that would make it totally perfect is a better separation (like a curtain) in the shower area. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel itself is alright. You'll get tired of eating rice for breakfast. If you're booking, get a room without breakfast. You won't be able to fall asleep until after 2 AM and will wake up at 7 AM. Thais are very loud speakers.

Friendly staff, perfect location, decent amenities for the price

There are 5 floors with no lift. The room needs to be updated ( see photos ). Lots of noise until 2 o'clock in the morning as this is very close to the bar. If you arrive before 2:00pm you need to wait until 2 Pm or pay 200 BAHT even if there is room ready. I had to wait 35 minutes. No coffee included at the breakfast.

The 1 bedroom deluxe suites are very spacious and excellent value for money.Reception staff, housekeepers and security are all very friendly. Hard to find better value for money in Pattaya.

Location is far away from walking street and property is old in condition

A wonderful hotel. We booked a room with access to the pool. We swam there every day. The deposit was $100. It was returned upon checkout. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. Lots of different fruits and vegetables. Several types of sausages, salami, and kupaty. The buns were delicious. The cleaning staff came every evening to check if we had everything we needed. The Thais are very hospitable

Two days for 5 hours every day no water, could not use toilet or shower. No brekfest .

Great location and service staff cleaning room were super helpful and polite. The only problem with my room was that it wasn't sound proof and I could hear the loud bar music even night for television 2 week stay. It would also be god if they provide free milk for tea and coffee in rooms.

It's simple hotel. Regular rooms, nice pool, and continental breakfast in restaurant close by.

We stayed for about a week; the room was clean, but I can't say the same for the bathroom and toilet. It has air conditioning and a balcony. It's also close to the city center.

It’s a nice decent hotel we found it very economical price which is around ฿800 per night in the month of July end. Rooms were clean spacious and Hotel is also clean. A little bit lighting can be increased but at this cost I find this hotel Very good . location is also OK around 1.5 km from Pattaya Central Beach. There is no view from the rooms and they have parking outside the hotel on the street

It is very close to Pattaya Beach, only a two-minute walk. The room is relatively old and simple, but clean and tidy. The refrigerator is noisy.

I have stayed here multiple in both the chitra villa building and the chitra suite building. The rooms are clean with both fans and a/c, and any problems you may face, if told to the staff will be sorted extremely quickly. Although not speaking too much english, the staff try and make you feel accommodated and at home. Would stay again.

Disappointing I had a pool room with no access to the pool we had to jump in and clamber out the Wi-Fi reception was appalling. When we got there there was no record of our booking. They just gave us any old room until the owner spoke to us and they were in Bangkok so no one there to greet us two days later we got our allocated rooms.

The shower was very poor and the amount of water produced by the shower head was beyond praise. There are foreign objects in the swimming pool water.

In room services What could be improved that would make your stay Better. A hot water boiler in the room would be nice we farang love our cups of tea. I am not suggesting the hotel provides tea and coffee as those items are readily available from the 7 Eleven or Big C which are just down the road but, the hot water boiler and a couple of cups would be appreciated. Investment in better Internet connection...

The fuse in our room blew on the first night, so they moved us to an adjacent room. However, it wasn't the room type I booked, which is why I'm docking a point. Everything else was good.

Everything is perfect except for some problems. Problems:- 1. They never give you an early check in, either room is available. 2. All charging sockets are far away from your bed. 3. Never booked breakfast with a room. No buffet system. They gave you daily egg omlate, one toast, some pcs of fruit and useless coffee. 4. No complementary Tea or coffee sachet in the room.

April suites is in a good location in central pattaya. The room was a bit empty, and the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner. The hotel is down a bit of an alleyway so it was tricky to get a cab. There is also like a bar or something in the alley you have to walk by if on foot there that is quite sketchy to me. Good value for the price. Near some taverns so, some days you need earplugs to sleep because of the music until 2-3 am. You will need to use Bolt to go to the center of Pattaya. Nice room service, but be careful don't dirt sheets/towels as they charge if they are dirty.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are big and spacious with all amenities like microwave, fridge, ac, gyser, gas stove, tv ( only limited local channels ), plate, bowl and spoons. But there is no telephone on in the room so if you do not have a local number you cannot call them for any needs. So you will need to go all the way down to the lobby to reach them.
