The place is located not too noisy yet convenient part of city. There's no elevator but the staff are very helpful about carrying our heavy luggages. They're so sweet. And the best point is you can check in at 12pm which i think it's earlier than other places where they wouldn't let you check in earlier than 2pm.

A very pleasant stay. The room service everyday is good. Near to all major attractions. Staff is available throughout to answer and suggest for our queries.

The rooms are very clean and nice and staff is very friendly as well and would hear any requests or concerns you have. They also accepted my 2 hour early check-in ( Maybe subject to availability). I spent 3 weeks in this hotel, back in January and February. The location was perfect for me, in a quiet alley, just off of a busy street. The beach, Walking Street, restaurants, and malls were all within easy walking distance. The room was large and comfortable, the staff were polite and friendly, and the price was quite affordable. I'm hoping to return there again next winter.

I read the reviews before booking and they were so good I thought “this is where I will stay tonight”; I was not disappointed. The room was clean, the towels were big and fluffy, a nice balcony and comfortable bed. The area is great so it deserves a visit. Will come again.

I would love to stay here again and hope I will. The staff were so friendly and helpful, rooms clean every day, walking to beach was easy stores and bars very close. And the food in the restaurant was fantastic. There was a little bit of construction going ahead when I was there, but to be honest that did not bother me.

There was a lot of noise coming from the building next door. there is construction No staff reported that there was construction near the building. We were shocked and wondered what to do. Other than that, it's good enough for the price.

Run down guest house that smells like cat piss...the owner is an old man trying to keep on top of things ..it's ok if you are a single guy looking for a cheap room there was a hole in the second floor level covered up with a board and a home made plastic railing that you could easily break and fall over the edge...I wouldn't recommend this place if you have young kid's..

The room is spacious, comfortable, simple, and not too fussy. There are no complicated rules. The owner can easily take care of it himself.

Total of 4 people went, took 1 room for 1 night, ended up paying 200 baht per person. There were towels, bed, cooking utensil, refrigerator, microwave, water heater. (Water doesn't flow strong), sink, television, air conditioner, fan, table and chairs, there's also a pool, but there's not much cleanliness. We understand this. At this price it is considered very good.

Compared to the price, we went to stay with a family of 5 people and it was considered good value. Overall good, everything is overpriced. But the cleanliness in the room It's a bit dusty. The swimming pool can be played all night. Went to check in at 10:00 p.m. The caretaker is a foreigner. Maybe use translate But it's not difficult at all.

Overall ok, inexpensive price, went with the family, daughter really liked the bunk beds, but unfortunately didn't get to play in the water because the swimming pool is being renovated. Next time in Pattaya, will stay again.

Generally a good stay and the staff are a key strength. Cleanliness in the rooms could be improved, behind doors and beds and in the bathroom. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. Location is good with local shops and eateries nearby and 2 minutes from the main rood where you can get transport into jomtien and pattaya.

I'm just now writing this review And I feel really bad about taking this long to write it but this place is awesome it was the exact location that I needed to be after finally getting to go to Thailand after trying for so many years. Andy and his staff were awesome. Great prices and good food. Whether it's your first time visiting or you're a regular this place is an absolute gem.

This review is for the diner as well. Great food, great prices, good service!!! I stop by once or twice a week for breakfast (great American breakfast for 125 Baht at time is posting) that is an amazing value. Lek remembers my order every time, so I just show up and my food is out in record speed. A+++👍👍

Andy is a great host and goes out of his way to welcome guests.Big rooms and great bar/cafe downstairs. Staff were great and friendly. Even had a great night out with 6 of the staff. It's in a great location, central to everything. Will stay here again if they have rooms available. Nothing but praise from me.

Massage review : felt really good, but we asked for back only no head, and they gave us an oil back massage with head. Would have been 5 if they had just done back like we asked but i guess it was lost in translation. Price was fair, would come back to try a foot massage.
