Our room was absolutely stunning, featuring a private balcony with a breathtaking view. It was thoughtfully appointed with every amenity we could need. A particular highlight was the luxurious bath bomb provided—a must-try for any guest.
The complimentary breakfast was superb, offering an impressive and delicious spread that exceeded all expectations. The on-site café and restaurant continued this standard of excellence, serving delightful cakes and beverages throughout the day.
We are especially grateful to the hotel staff for making my husband's birthday so memorable. The surprise of a beautiful complimentary cake was a truly thoughtful touch that meant a great deal to us.
Combining a stunning beachfront location with impeccable service and genuinely friendly staff, this hotel is a true gem. We cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to returning.
However, when we arrived at the front desk at 1:05 p.m. to check out, an employee named Jan had a very unpleasant demeanor from the start. Upon receiving the key cards for both rooms, she raised her voice and asked my husband in an accusatory tone, "Why didn’t you inform me that room 606 had already been checked out?"
First, from an employee’s perspective, guests not notifying the front desk directly about check-out may cause inconvenience in their workflow. However, as someone who has worked in the hotel industry for ten years, I am well aware of the standard procedures for handling such situations. Typically, the staff would contact the housekeeping department to inspect rooms where guests cannot be reached but need to be checked out, and then report the room’s status.
What truly upset me was Ms. Jan’s attitude toward guests. It felt as though we had become her outlet for frustration. My husband even apologized to her, yet her expression remained just as unfriendly afterward. Personally, I don’t believe an apology was necessary on our part, but to our surprise, even after the apology, she didn’t acknowledge us at all—she simply continued working with a frown, head down.
Since she wasn’t wearing a name tag on her uniform, I approached her to ask for her name. She retorted, "Why should I give you my name?" As she wasn’t wearing a name tag, she introduced herself as Jan, though I cannot confirm whether this is her real name. I hope you can investigate based on the check-out time I provided. In the service industry, it’s common practice to provide one’s name openly unless one has something to hide or has made a mistake.
I hope your company regularly trains employees on the proper attitude and approach when dealing with guests and handling situations. After all, Pattaya is meant to be an enjoyable and relaxing vacation destination. Unfortunately, one employee with such a poor attitude was enough to ruin what could have been a perfect holiday.
I stayed during the fireworks festival, so the room rate was 16,000 THB per night.
However, the parking situation was terrible. Once you park, you can’t move your car because other cars will block your way.
For the price, the overall service was disappointing. Both the lobby staff and the Line Official team provided poor service — slow, unhelpful, and lacking basic professionalism.
On top of that, I could clearly hear loud music from the hotel next door at night, which affected my sleep.
The only person who showed genuine service mind was the security guard who helped manage the parking.
For the cost, expected much better!
