My only complaint is the bar in the middle of the hotel playing loud music until 1 am. Other than that, I thought the rooms were excellent, great location, friendly staff. This is a nice older hotel close to Beach Rd. Rooms are large with a nice balcony to sit on. Area is quiet, rooms are affordable, staff is great and the morning breakfast was decent. The hotel is definitely showing its age as well. There are a few delapitated buildings across the street so you don't have much of a view.

Location is on a very quiet soi, still it is very central, a few minutes walk to the beach road, central festival and many restaurants and bars. The rooms are big with comfort bed and a strong hot water current at the shower. A large balcony with a view to the street and the sea that is about 100 m away. Breakfasts have a small selection but it is fresh and tasty. Parking is easy at the hotel parking

Great value for money/budget friendly hotel. Hotel is well kept and rooms are a little outdated (TVs etc) but very spacious/clean! They are also very accomadating with food allergy requests (Coeliac). Staff were amazing!

The hotel is a little bit outdated, but it's still a great choice. Located in a quiet soi in a busy area. Breakfast is ok, coffee could be better. Rooms are big and shower pressure in the bathroom is very good. If they renovate the rooftop pool and put in some new TVs and aircons, it will be a top hotel.

We only stayed for one night as we were visiting friends who live in Jomtien. The hotel is right in the centre of the walking street complex so be prepared for sure interesting sights especially in the evening. I’ve never stayed at the boutique hotel before, but it was very impressive. It is right in the middle of a bunch of nightclubs, but you cannot hear a thing in the rooms very clean and looks new very happy and will stay again soon.

Excellent resort with even better service. A cute and (literally) cosy resort, away from the bustle of main town, yet within a few minute's reach. The facilities are clean and service is hard to compete with. Tejas, Santosh and Naam are a star staff team that look after all your needs. Lovely breakfast, served with love. Good stay in the heart of Bukhao - which is good for locale but a bit on the noisy side until the wee hours. There is a gym but I don’t think the universal machine has been operational for some time. High marks to the staff who are always awesome.

Stayed there just for 3 nights. I had the Junior suite which was great in size but just basic in the interior. The room was very noisy, coming from nearby treetown area, despite its highest location on top of the building.

The hotel reception staff need proper training on how to speak with customers. the elder lady at the reception behaved very rudely with all customers including me. I had a late check in, the night clerk was very friendly, got to the room and checked the bed thinking it was going to be fairly firm with little give, like most other hotels in Thailand... I fell into the softness of this bed, I was so comfortable.. defiantly going to stay here again.

This time the first time I stayed at floor 6 before was depending on the booking but not more than 5 and really looked like a different place.It is an amazing very beautiful place and the room is bigger and the view is unbelievable.

Service was good, they clean the rooms everyday. The room itself was good enough with a okay view on the city with a balcony (6th floor) there was some stains on the curtains and on the shower floor. and on the shelfs was some dust but its was liveble. For the price i would book again.

If you want a hotel away from all the bars its okay. Although enough possibilities for eating and drinking nearby hotel. Hotel is good. Number are nice and clean, but shower gels and shampoo is not always filled and several times I saw small lizards in my number.

Hotel room maintianess is poor, they could spend a little money to make it look nicer. Upside is that they are close all the biz area so you have easy access to walk to bars and restaurants. BTW, they seems sub-contracted their breakfast to someone else. The breakfast is free however food quality and choice sucks, and no service at all.

I've stayed here twice now. It' ok everything works. It's reasonably quiet and a great location. The staff can be a bit minimalistic with their service. TV is pretty much unwatchable and limited channel selection. I've heard the breakfast is not worth having (extra charge) but just 50 meters away is an expat go to called Captains bar.

Reception staff are very friendly and kind. Room is clean and well air conditioned. I stayed in a quiet room on the Soi Honey side. The restaurant for breakfast is Honey Inn hotel, the relative. After we got a ticket at the reception we moved there and ate breakfast. Also the swimming pool is on the rooftop of 247 Boutique Hotel.

The family-run hotel is well maintained and very clean. It is located in a quiet area in the northern part of Pattaya, but you can quickly get to the livelier Na Kluea Road and in a few minutes by pickup taxi to Beach Road or on foot to the local beach. Clean hotel but far from everything. Very cold welcome, my request for a ground floor was not honored while my friend had a sprained ankle (we were on the second floor!).
