The Siam Guest House in Pattaya

The place is located not too noisy yet convenient part of city. There's no elevator but the staff are very helpful about carrying our heavy luggages. They're so sweet. And the best point is you can check in at 12pm which i think it's earlier than other places where they wouldn't let you check in earlier than 2pm.

A very pleasant stay. The room service everyday is good. Near to all major attractions. Staff is available throughout to answer and suggest for our queries.

The rooms are very clean and nice and staff is very friendly as well and would hear any requests or concerns you have. They also accepted my 2 hour early check-in ( Maybe subject to availability). At first I was hesitant to book but after staying I could say no regrets you could stay here peacefully.

The guest house is located near to main road but in a small dead end street so you could stay peacefully as there are no big hotels in this road all are just small guest houses.

Coming to the location, its just a 3 minute walk to beach ~ 350 metres to main pattaya beach road, There are many restaurants, Stores like 7Eleven, bars, massage parlours etc just across the road.

This is like a centre place where you could hardly walk for 15 mins and reach to the major happening places of Pattaya like walking street, Soi6, Soi Bukhao etc... Great location..

They have room service every day, clean bathrooms and beds. Refrigerator and a table with chairs also available in the room, dress hangers, Tv, free wifi.

Great Location and Friendly Service!
I'm currently staying at this hotel and I'm very happy with my choice. The room is nice, offering a comfortable feel—it's not too spacious, but also not cramped. The true standout is the reception team. They are incredibly guest-friendly, easy to communicate with, and always willing to help and provide guidance with their best knowledge. The location is fantastic, with most of the city's famous attractions located within a 2 \text` km` radius. Highly recommend!

I spent 3 weeks in this hotel, back in January and February. The location was perfect for me, in a quiet alley, just off of a busy street. The beach, Walking Street, restaurants, and malls were all within easy walking distance. The room was large and comfortable, the staff were polite and friendly, and the price was quite affordable. I'm hoping to return there again next winter.

This was a good nice place to stay at a quite prime location. Walking distance from pattaya beach and walking street. Room was clean. They accommodated a very late check in. Staff was very nice and courteous. 7 eleven is like in a minute of the guest house.

Can't get better than this, clean, quiet the staff is kind and hrlping, private bathroom, fridge, AC, tv. Location is close to everything, i will definitly stay again.

I stayed here for 3 days in October. Excellent Service ,Good Rooms, Hot water available, clean towels and bedsheet, Good House keeping staff. Big thankyou to all the staff members. perfect location - just a block away from the beach and super silent. Did not face even a single problem with my stay.

Room was little bit small but okay for 2 people. And there overall service staff behaviour was up to mark and it’s located only 4/5 minuit walking distance from pattaya beach.
