The guest house is located near to main road but in a small dead end street so you could stay peacefully as there are no big hotels in this road all are just small guest houses.
Coming to the location, its just a 3 minute walk to beach ~ 350 metres to main pattaya beach road, There are many restaurants, Stores like 7Eleven, bars, massage parlours etc just across the road.
This is like a centre place where you could hardly walk for 15 mins and reach to the major happening places of Pattaya like walking street, Soi6, Soi Bukhao etc... Great location..
They have room service every day, clean bathrooms and beds. Refrigerator and a table with chairs also available in the room, dress hangers, Tv, free wifi.

I'm currently staying at this hotel and I'm very happy with my choice. The room is nice, offering a comfortable feel—it's not too spacious, but also not cramped. The true standout is the reception team. They are incredibly guest-friendly, easy to communicate with, and always willing to help and provide guidance with their best knowledge. The location is fantastic, with most of the city's famous attractions located within a 2 \text` km` radius. Highly recommend!
The TV remote barely worked unless I held it right next to the screen, and housekeeping missed restocking essentials like toilet paper and bottled water.
It’s a decent budget stay, but small details like these can really add up.
