We had another wonderful visit to the playroom at the hotel today. A big thank you to Khun Sera, Ae, Sandy, Honey, Naew, and Cherry for their warm hospitality and friendly spirit. They always make the space feel welcoming and fun for the children.

We’ve stayed here several times and truly enjoy the facilities, the excellent service, and the great location. The hotel is right next to the beach, with just a small road in between, and it’s also very close to shopping malls and restaurants, which makes everything so convenient.

We recently booked a family stay at the Holiday Inn Pattaya, and it turned out to be an excellent choice for our trip.
The kids club was actually one of the main reasons we selected this hotel, and it definitely lived up to our expectations. It wasn't crowded during our stay, which meant our child received plenty of attention and had a fantastic time. This feature alone made our decision worthwhile.
From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff impressed us with their friendliness and attentiveness. Everyone we encountered was genuinely nice and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable.
The facilities throughout the property were both clean and modern, which is always reassuring when traveling with family. Our room was spotless and offered an amazing view of Pattaya Beach – waking up to that scenery each morning was a real treat.
One of the hotel's strongest points is its location. We found ourselves surrounded by fantastic food options, making it incredibly convenient to explore the local dining scene without having to travel far.
The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention. It offered a good variety of options that satisfied everyone in our family, from the kids to the adults.
Overall, we had a memorable stay at the Holiday Inn Pattaya. The combination of friendly service, clean and modern facilities, excellent location, and particularly the kids club has us seriously considering a return visit in the future.

Level 4 Kids Club is amazing. There are two separate zones for toddlers and little ones, which is fantastic. There’s also a kids’ pool right next to the club and a large pool downstairs, making it very convenient.

The staff member Neaw is wonderful—she always keeps us informed and makes sure the room is tidy. Honestly, every staff member here is amazing.

However, the socks sold at the kids club are quite expensive, and it would be helpful if the lobby staff informed guests in advance that anti-slip socks are required to enter the kids club.

Wonderful kids activities--My kids had the best time at the kids club, especially in the play area, enjoying drawing, creative activities, and fun games.
They absolutely loved the swimming pool time and games, and every day they were excited to go back and play more.
Caring staff – special thanks A very special mention to Hop and Ae, who took great care of my kids and made sure they were always happy, safe, and included in every activity.
They encouraged the kids to join all the games, let them have fun freely, and created a very warm and friendly atmosphere throughout our stay.
