Overall, decent little hotel.
The room is suitable for 2 people with a queen size bed. There are rooms with and without air-con. The one without air-con has fan, and lower price per night.
My room was the one without air-con. Despite that, the room is comfortable, not hot. In the afternoon, it can get a bit warm, but it does not matter if you are out the whole day.
The room is clean, with option for cleaning the room everyday. Two bottles of 500mL bottled water is also provided.
The bathroom is okay, spacious enough. However, there are only one bathroom per floor, for both toilet and shower. So one might need to wait if people are using it.
There are no pantry, so no place for coffee or hot water. The lobby is mainly just the reception and waiting area, not suitable to hangout and chill.

I stayed here twice - first time for over a week, when my general impression was good. When I came back after few weeks (only for a night) they didn't stick to my booking and I was given a fan room, instead of an A/C one. So here's a word of warning: fan rooms are living hell in this guesthouse. They're fairly small and windowless (technically there is a window, but overlooking a wall of neighbouring building, ca. 40 cm away), what makes them immensly hot (sauna like), even at night. I didn't sleep at all during this last night, so no fun. On the other hand: price, location and cleanliness of the property is fine.

Great place to stay! Clean. Nice people. Crossing is loud though. Take your earplugs. Offers cheap trips.

The hotel is exactly what they advertise. Clean super basic room. 2 fans which was nice because it can get super hot without air conditioner. Shared bathroom was ok, staff was very nice and helpful. Great location!!

Very nice and helpful staff. Very well organised. Room was very clean. I was worried that it might be noisy because of the road, but it wasn't a problem. Slept great. Nice location near to river. Great value.
