1. There was disruptive noise early in the morning, starting at 8 AM, when guests should be able to relax. The accommodation allowed workers to make loud noises, and it didn't stop even before check-out.
2. The property assigned a room to me, but I'm unsure if their back-end system is properly managed. Staff attempted to open my room with a key for another guest, despite the room already being occupied. I've stayed in many places, but I've never encountered such an incident before.
