Gotta recommend this place. Not far from the walking street if you have a bike, the rooms are cozy, the shower is good and hot, and Ying the owner is the sweetest person in Pai. Excellent price as well

Honestly, I wish I could give it zero stars. It’s completely abandoned, as in half of the bungalows are falling down and rotting around you, I’ve never been in a place with such a terrible smell of mold and mildew. The pool is full of trash and scum in a foot of water. It’s a joke that there still charging what they are for these awful rooms. It seems that it might have been abandoned and someone else is just squatting there and renting the rooms… I don’t know, but I do not advise taking a chance there yourself.

Nice Bungalows (+-25sqm) and Rooms generally clean, cosy and quiet.*
(*best to choose not too close to main road and its late noisy bar)
Bathroom is large and nice
Shower works fine.
During rainy days...many mosquitos gather at the Bathroom!!
(spray is a must during Rain Season)
Housekeeping is done if one put the HK Board outside: Make my Room !
Room is well equipped :
● Aircon ...takes a few minutes but Ok!
● Flatscreen TV 32" with 2 HDMI
Ok for Dongles as no WiFi Splashsceen
● Big cold Fridge
● Catle + Coffee/Tea, sugar, milk
● 2 small Water Bottles for free/day
● 2 large towels + 1 foot carpet
THE PLUS + and MINUS -
● Beddings:
+ Matrass* is firm and of good quality. + Linen are ok and warm.
(* actually soft for Thai standards)
● Room Decoration
+- is basic and keept simple..
+ Rooms have a big Mirror, but ..
- No real storage or wardrobe.
~ No Safes in the Rooms too, but ...
+ Lockerboxes can be found at F.Office
+ Bungalows have a nice balcony with seats, table and ashtray.
● + Motorbike parking
● - Small Swimming pool ..Yes!
+ but exists & is kept clean every day
● RATES Bglow:800b/Room: 600bth
- Bungalow rates are a bit too high for low season & compared to other same standard places..
~ FrontOffice: hardly speaks English
Problem if any requests,like best rate, late check out ask .
~ No Breakfast offered.

(After Hotel Out.. .take Left then straight ahead 500meter to ->T.Light
After Traffic Light cross straight and You are in Walking Street!
There go 150 meter..
to the right side is Siam Caffee
(Or ask or check G Map.)
*Great choice of Bfast and Coffee/ Tea
Opens 7h30 . Closed Sundays

It's seems like a Abandoned hotel.
We came and meet nothing, no one welcome us, the pool was empty, after we saw the room we just run away.
By the way, we were'nt alone, another family got shoucked as same as us.

Mr.Lu is a great guy and helpful. The accommodation is really good!

Booked for two days...still here 9 days later! Incredible vibe at Lu's place, friendly, beautiful homely atmosphere....Mr Lu and his family take special care of their guests like we are family too! Great food, helpful information about travel and local tips! 5 mins walk to the walking street, scooter and bicycle hire, delicious home cooking (not just what's on the menu!- anything possible with Mr Lu :) )

We stayed for 1 week at Wood Life Resort and had a wonderful stay. The hosts are super friendly and the resort is kept clean. It's about a 10 minute walk to the main 'walking street', which was perfect. They provided clean bedding, towels and good wifi. We were doing Mauy Thai training for the week and it was literally a skip away. Great place, lovely remodel - will be back again - thank you ladies!
