The waiters have no sense of service at all, their English is poor, they don't provide service at all, and they don't care about the problems they report. They say that the room is full and they won't solve it. This kind of hotel is really expensive and I will never stay there again. Not recommended at all.

Stayed for two nights in a row, and this is the first time I give a negative review: because the service is so bad! We have never set an alarm clock at all (we asked the child specifically and she has not set the alarm clock. She is a big girl and is not that boring), and the alarm clock did not go off on the first night (which means it was not set by the previous guest), so then It can only be set up by the cleaning staff. This is not the key, we continued to sleep later. Around 6 a.m., there was another series of jingling bells. I think I removed the battery, it couldn't be our house, it must be next door, and then the alarm kept ringing for half an hour. I couldn't sleep anymore, so I got up and went to the toilet. I was surprised to find that there was an alarm clock in the toilet, and it was ringing. What kind of unscrupulous waiter is this? Why did you set two alarm clocks for us? Turn off the alarm clock and go back to sleep. There was another sound of tables being moved and the floor being mopped. I saw it was only 8:30, and it turned out that the people next door were checking out, and then the waiters were cleaning the room with great fanfare. I'm really about to collapse. Please ask Ctrip customer service to coordinate. Ctrip was pretty awesome, but then the waiter stopped cleaning. When we finally checked out, no one apologized for what happened. This hotel is more like a family hotel. Except for the better decoration and beautifully placed items, the service is really terrible. The waiters look like a family and feel that they lack training and enthusiasm. In addition, the location of the hotel is very remote, deep in an alley, and it takes more than ten minutes to walk to the main road. The guests are mainly European and American, so it is not recommended for Chinese people to stay here.
