I booked this place for a quick reset. No plans, just sleep, rest, and chill time. Found it randomly through my credit card site, booked it without doing any research, and somehow landed in a legit five-star experience.
The bed? Wild. Out of the 30+ beds I’ve slept in over the past couple years, this one is hands down the best. They have an actual pillow menu. I tried a couple and they were all ridiculously comfortable. I’m seriously thinking about buying one of their pillowcases because I already know I’ll miss it.
The staff are lovely, everything’s super easy, and the vibes are calm and clean. They handled laundry, brought food from a great restaurant, kept the water flowing, and everything worked smoothly through a few taps on my phone.
If you need an easy and perfect spot to reset, with transportation from the airport, this place is it. No stress. Just comfort.

This hotel is located in Nimman Road, a prime area of Chiang Mai, surrounded by many artistic boutiques, coffee shops, and the famous Nimman One – truly a top-notch location! It's a small boutique hotel, and due to its limited space, there's no view from the room window, but the room itself is still very comfortable. Breakfast is à la carte with a buffet, and the quality is excellent!
Aside from its good location, the hotel doesn't offer great value for money; it's quite overpriced.

We absolutely loved our stay at Amanor Hotel. From the moment we arrived, all of the staff were so warm, kind, and welcoming — it truly made the stay special. The room was beautiful, the bed incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were amazing (honestly some of the best sleep we’ve had). The location is perfect, right in the heart of Nimman, making it easy to walk everywhere. We highly recommend Amanor and will definitely be back.

The hotel has a great atmosphere and a really stylish design. The service was excellent, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. It's also great value for money. Definitely a recommended hotel!

Had a really comfortable stay with all the amenities nearby! It's super close to Nimmanhaemin Road, just two streets away from Nimman One. I'd definitely stay here again if I get the chance. Oh, and they serve champagne at breakfast! They even gave out gingerbread men for Christmas!

We had a wonderful stay at the Amanor Hotel. The Manor Room was excellent—spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. The location is also a big plus, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area.
A special thanks to Thomas for the great tips and recommendations—they really made our stay even better. Highly recommended, and we would happily stay here again

Everything about this place is exceptional. The huge bowl tub which is outside on a rock garden balcony was amazing. The spigot that filled the huge tub had a fantastic flow rate and filled the tub very quickly and with endless hot water. It’s the little details like this that add up at a place like this to make the experience exceptional.
Also, at the hotel restaurant we had one of the best dinners I’ve ever had in Chiang Mai.

Highly recommend if you're looking for a cute place with good vibe to stay in Nimman.
I've stayed here only for a day but deeply impressed by the kindness of the host:) I want to appreciate her for helping me out to finding my passport on the day I leave Chiang Mai. When I asked her for a help, she was out but came back to the building to check it out. She literally saved my life!

Great area if you're looking to stay in Nimmanheim; clean and cute, affordable price. Overall great value. Deluxe Queen bed room was surprisingly large with a narrow wraparound balcony. The kind woman who runs it was very responsive and pleasant when we needed to modify our reservation dates.

Highly recommended place to stay for a trip in Chiang Mai. Beautifully furnished rooms with a lot of natural light. Excellent location! And the cappuccino is delicious.

10/10 for impressive nights.Really enjoyed natural light from Full-length window in the morning when I got up.Rooms are perfect. Amenities already provided for you. Lot of plugs around the room which is sooo convenient when you come to staycation. Location also perfect too need only around 3-5 mins walked to Famous cafe,restaurant,Laundry.

I came across this place by a friend’s recommendation. Very cozy & humbly beautiful place for a short or even long stay when in Chiangmai. Strongly recommended for those who prefer to stay in Nimman neighborhood with quick access to cafés, local street food, restaurants, convenience stores, spa & shopping mall. Having no frills and drills, Breadfruit provides sufficient facilities and amenities, bedroom & bathroom are clean. The view on the top floor is spectacular, there is a small balcony for room 401. No worry about carrying your big luggage, the building is equipped with elevator, which is fantastic.
