Location is nice overlooking a golf course.
Rooms are spacious but faucets etc. are old.
Some TVs were not working.
There was a large gap on the stairs, which could be unsafe for children.
At 9:00 PM, a repairman had to be called to fix the sink. The room was not properly checked before guests checked in.
From midnight to 1:00 AM, the sound of chairs being dragged repeatedly kept me up all night.
In the morning, around 6:00-7:00 AM, there was a loudspeaker activity playing in the grass across the street, further disrupting my sleep.
At 11:30 AM, the room keeper rang the doorbell, urging me to hurry up and leave. Other guests were waiting to check in, so I had to hurry up and leave, even though check-out was at 12:00 PM. (I've never seen this happen anywhere else. I'm impressed with Royal Hill's service.)
If I could choose 0 stars, I would give it 0 stars.

But I stayed 2 nights but the housekeeper didn't check at all. Suddenly open the room at 10 o'clock, which is another room and the lower room to checkout, but my room doesn't checkout, just unlock the key.
