Comfortable and beautiful hotel located by the Riverside. Service was great, from the moment you step out of the car there will be someone taking care of you. Only downside is the location is not the most convenient.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! Even though it was quite busy, the staff's attitude was excellent. The rooms are beautiful, offering stunning views of the pool and the Mekong River right outside the window. The pool area downstairs is lovely, and there's a bar and a wine bistro right next to it. Breakfast is served in two separate areas. The best part is being able to take a boat from the hotel's pier directly to ICONSIAM, which saves a lot of hassle with transportation, and the boat ride itself is very enjoyable. Plus, the hotel is within walking distance of the Jurassic Adventure Park and the Ferris Wheel Night Market, which have plenty of delicious food options and a lively atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Such a charming hotel! I really loved the decor of the room; so many thoughtful little touches. Next time I visit, I definitely want to try out the spa. The hotel is right on the Mekong River and offers a boat shuttle to places like Iconsiam. They also have various experiences available that I'm looking forward to trying on my next stay.

Lovely hotel with private pier and free shuttle boat to BTS and Iconsiam, great choice to escape from the city, spend time with loved ones by the pool, spa and a few restaurant options to choose from. Room is of modern design and equipped with everything you need.

The hotel is located right on the Chao Phraya River, offering a beautiful environment and stunning river views that really evoke a vacation vibe. The room design is very new and stylish with a distinct Thai flair, incredibly clean and comfortable, and the attention to detail is excellent – perfect for taking photos 📸. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels youthful and design-focused, not like a traditional business hotel.
The staff were all very friendly, and check-in was smooth. While the breakfast selection isn't massive, the quality is good, and it's lovely to enjoy breakfast by the river ☕️.
The only minor drawback is that it's a little far from the BTS station, but getting around by taxi or boat is very convenient. If you're coming to Bangkok for a holiday and want a hotel with a great atmosphere, this place is truly perfect.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Bangkok 🌴.

The reception was great and we were given a very warm welcome.
The room was spacious comfortable and large with nice view. The dock looked nice, the dock leading into the hotel area was marvelous and looked stunning. The swimming pool photos were great with my wife in it she was so happy.

I had a wonderful stay at The Salil Hotel Riverside Bangkok. The room was very clean, and the bathroom was fully equipped with everything I needed. The reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the team at the restaurant was just as kind and attentive.
The atmosphere inside the hotel is open, airy, and relaxing. One of the highlights is the beautiful riverside location along the Chao Phraya River. On Valentine’s night, we could see fireworks on the Chao Phraya River, which made the experience extra special. The staff at the pier were also very polite and helpful.
Overall, everything was excellent — from the service to the location and comfort. I truly enjoyed my stay.

I moved here for a one-night stay from another five-star hotel. The hotel is brand new and the environment is impeccable. The architecture itself is stunning. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offers many activities, but the traditional Thai costume experience I was most interested in was fully booked. Due to time constraints, I didn't get to try out many of the other activities.
The check-in process was a disaster. I arrived a little after 3 PM and waited for about an hour. When I was buying souvenirs, the staff seemed impatient. I specifically booked a river view room, but it turned out to be a very narrow, small sliver of a view, which was a bit misleading. However, the hotel is so beautiful that I decided to overlook these issues.
Check-out also involved a long queue, another disaster. It felt like a waste of time.
I was surprised that a five-star hotel didn't notify me at all about an item I left behind. This speaks to the thoroughness of the housekeeping, as the item was immediately located when I called. The subsequent process of retrieving it was unpleasant at first, but it was eventually handled appropriately. The team's ability to handle issues and their attitude definitely need improvement.

This was my first time staying at the Salil Riverside Hotel but it won’t be my last! What set it apart were the little luxurious touches and warm service we received at every turn. The pyjamas was such a nice surprise, and the complimentary thai fresh coconut cake desserts at 3-5 pm daily were something I looked forward to everyday!
