Overall, I had a pleasant experience. However, staying on a lower level means there is quite a bit of noise from the main traffic outside. I would advise light sleepers to request a room above level 12.

The window blinds do not block out sunlight very well , I was awakened early by the sunlight shining directly onto my face, along with the noise from the main road (I stayed on level 7).

That said, the hotel staff were really friendly and helpful, which I truly appreciated.

Good value for money, but the facilities are not great. The showerhead was leaking – can't they replace it? It's an Indigo brand, after all...

The location is prone to heavy traffic. It took us 20 minutes just to get out of the area on the way to the airport.

Breakfast was quite average, to be honest, and not very tasty. My dad, who has a sensitive stomach, ended up with diarrhea that day, though my mom and I were fine.

The infinity pool is quite deceptive in photos; the water wasn't very clean, and the pool itself is small, which is dictated by the building's facade.

The hotel is close to the Erawan Shrine and CentralWorld, so you can grab brunch outside. Public transport is a bit far, so it's best to take a taxi.

The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows were just right. Water replenishment was prompt. The overall hotel environment is open-plan and well-ventilated. The balcony was a bit small. Housekeeping was fine, but the furniture looked a little dated.

Lovely and accommodating staff. The room we are staying has mould in the bathroom ceiling and in the shower, not sure if there is a ventilation system in the bathroom. The breakfast was nice and overall is 4/5.

Every time I visit Bangkok, I stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, close to all the major shopping areas and near the Erawan Shrine. The rooftop pool is stunning and perfect for photos. The breakfast spread is generous, and the hotel staff are very accommodating.

Friendly and approachable staff. Hotel is very beautiful and clean.

Amazing hotel staff - warm and helpful from the second I went in until check out. Hotel is very conveniently located 5-7 mins walk from the Chit Lom BTS and the Ratchaprasong Overhead Walkway.

If I have just one observation, the toilet ventilation isn’t the best and as a result it was difficult to get my towels to dry overnight. You would need to bring all your towels out into the room or balcony to dry.

Other than that, I would highly recommend it.

Great hotel, lovely views, pool open til late, staff very helpful. 7-11 10 minute walk away and some local rooftop bars. Had to get taxis a few times to get around as quicker than the metro.
