I stayed at Grande Centre Point Prestige from 1–5 April and honestly had such a great experience. Everything was spot on – the location is super convenient, the hotel is spotless, and the facilities are really well maintained.
The staff were amazing – friendly, helpful, and genuinely lovely throughout my stay. It really makes a difference.
And the infinity pool… wow. Easily the best hotel pool I’ve ever used. The views, the vibe, everything about it was just next level.
Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting.

Each night, guests receive 2 complimentary tokens per room. These can be redeemed for coffee drinks or coffee cups. I used six tokens to get an insulated cup, and it feels really high-quality.
Service: The service was impeccable. They even delivered a latex pillow promptly in the middle of the night. As for water, they generously provided six bottles each time, and it was delivered very quickly. The front desk staff were also incredibly polite and thoughtful.
Environment: The hygiene was excellent; the room had no strange odors whatsoever. After each room cleaning, the mini-bar was fully restocked. Unlike some hotels where the mini-bar is only free upon check-in, this one was refilled every single day! Fantastic! The location is also superb, right next to the Erawan Shrine, and across the street from Central shopping center.
Breakfast: I ate breakfast for three consecutive days and didn't get tired of it. Every dish they offered had its authentic taste and was delicious, including mango sticky rice! The pork rolls and curry noodles for breakfast were super tasty.

This hotel is absolutely worth the price! The service is super nice! They clean daily with a vacuum, so it's really spotless! There are no hidden dirty spots, and the location is absolutely perfect. The Erawan Shrine is right downstairs, and Siam Square is also nearby, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient! Highly recommend! The breakfast is simply amazing! A wide variety of options, and the ambiance is superb! The service there is also fantastic!

I didn't take pictures of the room, but it was very new, clean, and convenient. It's only a 3-5 minute walk to the Erawan Shrine. My two elderly companions found it incredibly comfortable. The breakfast selection was decent, and the mango in the mango sticky rice was exceptionally sweet... haha! The hotel staff were all wonderful, always smiling, very polite, and proactive. They even took off their shoes when cleaning the room. The only downside was the deposit; they required 1000 baht per night. For 6 nights and 2 rooms, they asked for 12,000 baht. Good thing I brought enough cash (they accept cash or credit card for the deposit), otherwise, I would have been really upset since I don't have a credit card. Everything else was really great, so don't hesitate to book if you're considering it! 😍😍😍

The room is spacious, neat, and clean. The location is excellent, with convenient transportation making it easy to visit malls and attractions. The Erawan Shrine is just a short walk downstairs. The service attitude is very good. The mini-bar includes potato chips, peanuts, drinks, etc. Each room receives 2 free tokens per night, which can be exchanged for souvenirs on the first floor.

First time staying this hotel but the stay is so worth it. Location is near to 2 BTS stops and walkable to Erawan shrine, CentralWorld and Siam area malls. Love the friendliness of all the staff. Free mini bar items on daily basis and tokens given for redemption for coffee or tea at the hotel bakery shop. Will never book back this hotel for my next Bangkok holiday.

Everything was satisfactory regarding daily room cleaning service. However, I did encounter a few annoyed service staff at front desk when asking for change for taxi as well as redeeming coins for their free coffee at the lobby entrance. The staff seemed bothered when you ask for small things but I guess they are overworked and underpaid, which is understandable. I do hope the quality of service goes up since the room price per night is quite higher than other hotels in the area. The room on 40th floor did offer a nice view of the city as well as the view of the hotel pool from below. The bar on the highest floor offers great ambiance as well as delectable cocktails. I would return in the near future to give it a second try. PS:: I was shocked when i noticed the international calls I made costed $42/ call… and I made 3 phone calls due to personal reasons, which ended up being over $100 Canadian dollars… not cool at all as I wasn’t made aware that I’d be charged for that in the room. Recommend! Excellent location in walking distance to Central World, Siam Paragon, Siam Centre and Erawan Shrine. Room is clean and facilities are very new and pleasant.

Located in the heart of Bangkok, this hotel is a mere 500-meter walk from the Siam World shopping district, and conveniently close to a large Big C supermarket, perfect for some last-minute shopping before heading out.

Cleanliness: The facilities are very new, reportedly only four months old, which is fantastic for those who appreciate staying in new hotels.
The breakfast was also superb, offering a comprehensive mix of Chinese and Western dishes. You can even pre-order coffee for free at the entrance, and there's fresh mango sticky rice. I highly recommend trying the curry noodles.
