Upon arrival, things got off to a bit of a rough start. Room 210, while advertised with a sea view, had a very limited one, which wasn't a huge deal. The most unpleasant part was the leaky pipe by the toilet

My request to switch rooms with the front desk wasn't successful. After adjusting my mindset and accepting it, it was fine—the water was clean anyway, and I was there to relax, so no need to dwell on it

So many food items available at breakfast. you can book day tour package from the resort. Overall good and price worthy experience from them

However, I do recommend the hotel renovates soon, otherwise, it's a waste of such a beautiful location. The facilities are indeed old. The exterior looks okay, but the interior is too basic

Really enjoyed my stay here! - Friendly staff - Great location, away from some of the busier areas in Phi Phi but easy to walk everywhere, particularly to the lovely quieter beaches on the island - Decent accommodation, comfortable and quiet - Offer free transfers to and from the main pier - Breakfast was okay, the variety of options could be improved - Some of the facilities could be improved too...

We did not stay at that hotel but we ate our lunch at the lobby. If you hunger for tasty thai food with a big quantity this lunch package for you in Phi phi hotel. Their live soup was very good

The hotel staff are really friendly and hospitable. Tried the breakfast buffet also which was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel to tourists travelling to Phi Phi

Highly recommended: staffs are super friendly, location is superb, also can use the gym at Banyan after getting a ticket from the reception

The pool area is excellent, with a separate section for kids and a larger sun-filled pool for adults, which our family really enjoyed. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay

Bfast coupons remind me travelling in a decade ago, but the hotel made my travel unforgettable overall

The Phi Phi Hotel has a very good, central location, and is at the same time also quiet. The rooms are a bit outdated, but there is a small safe, two bottles of water every day, and it was clean

Positives - the beach is stunning ! In the north of Phi Phi so you avoid the Ibiza kids in main port/town/strip. Staff are mostly kids, but super happy and helpful, lovely staff all around you

​The beach (Laem Tong) is lovely and quiet, not too busy, and we never had trouble finding a lounger

It’s great that there are other dining options along the beach if you want to explore, plus a handy little shop on-site for essentials like beer, sunscreen, and flip-flops

The beach front rooms look to have been updated, however you’ll have people walking past and looking in your room all day and night

We had a lovely 5-star stay at Phi Phi Holiday Resort! We booked an Ocean Sunset Pool Villa, which was the highlight of our trip—having a private pool with that sunset view was incredible

We were greeted straight away on the beach and had our cases taken into the hotel. Every single member of staff at that resort really cares about doing a great job and they are all so friendly

The beachfront restaurant is lovely, and every staff member is warm, friendly, and attentive. They made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I would definitely come back again!

Punch worked in the restaurant and she was always so nice and helpful, as well as all the other staff members. It’s safe to say not only was the resort amazing but the staff there really made this an amazing trip

Me and my boyfriend got back from the Outrigger Phi Phi a week ago and it’s safe to say it was our best trip yet. Once arriving at phi phi we got a long tail boat to the area the outrigger is on

The water is so clear and they offer free paddle boarding and kayaking which was amazing. We were treated with amazing care and service this holiday and I couldn’t recommend this resort enough

The path is challenging, but the view is unforgettable. Beach: During our stay, high tide peaked between 11 AM and 12 PM, so comfortable swimming was only possible until about 2 PM

If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday with a private beach, delicious food and waking up with a sea view: this is the right place. We stayed for 3 nights, it was like landing on paradise

We fell in love with this place, it is amazing, its beaches are spectacular, for hiking it is also very good! If you like to walk a lot you can get to another beach nearby

We love this place, have been coming here for years. But lately it’s got a bit expensive for what is essentially huts on the beach. Still a very special get away.

We had the best time in this hotel. We will come back! My son has severe nut allergy and thanks to all the staff who was always careful with his food in the kitchen we enjoyed our holidays. Great food by the way!

Food: There's one cafe where all services (food, massages) are recorded, and you pay upon checkout. I can't say the food was bad; it was edible, BUT my children and I got severely ill with food poisoning

The rooms are cleaned well, the breakfast is really good, there is a free transfer from/till the port at check-in and check-out days. The hotel has kind of its own little quiet beach

The beach was private with white sand, suitable balance of sun and shade as well as being close to the bar. We booked the best room in the resort and it didn’t disappoint

Housekeeping deserves particular recognition as the room was made up perfectly every day and the attention to detail was impressive. The resort’s private beach was excellent and we used nearby Love Beach often

We stayed in room D1, which I recommend, as it faces the sea. There's also an off-site massage center on the beach with very reasonable prices (400 or 500 baht for one hour)

The hotel has its own small beach, not many people, and there's enough space for everyone. You can also walk to Long Beach. The rooms are compact but have everything you need. There are some small inclines with steps

The place was clean and right near the beach. Was loud at night but wasn't an issue to me you can hear the music from the beach at night

Good hotels are hard to find in this island so you have to consider that because this place is one of the best in the area, one of the few with a pool and a good pool with amazing view

The rooms are big and comfortable, they are designed like individual houses. Pro tip, long tail boat drivers hangout at McDonalds so you may to cut the middle man on a private tour

Close to view points if you want to see them around 10 minute walk to the main part. Laundry service and a shop right close by also an ATM

The grounds are beautifully green and well-kept, adding to the overall charm. The hotel is perched on a slope, though, and in the heat, trekking up to your bungalow can be quite a challenge

Phi Phi is absolutely stunning, this place was great, there is however a warning sign of don’t feed the monkeys and keep your doors locked at all times, we laughed at first but they weren’t lying, there was monkeys everywhere, love sitting on the roof of the hotel, climbing the trees and sometimes stealing an abandoned drink on the table 🤣 enjoyed my stay nonetheless & perfect for couple / group travelling

The beach is peaceful and uncrowded, perfect for swimming, snorkeling, or simply enjoying the calm surroundings. The staff are kind and attentive, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout your stay

It’s a completely private beach resort. You can spend two beautiful days just staying at the resort. And also the overall environment is very friendly.

The service was top notch. The restaurant food was decent. Limited choice of breakfast. Housekeeping could be better. It was a great place to hide away from the busy life on land.

The The bungalows are cozy and well-situated, offering privacy and beautiful sea views. Falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up just steps from the beach makes the stay feel special and refreshing

Well, it was such a disappointment! I’ll start from the pluses it’s a nice view and beach, but that’s it, you can find the same on the other parts of Phi-Phi

Food at the on-site restaurant is fresh and flavorful, with great Thai options and seafood. Watching the sunset while having dinner is a highlight you won’t forget

Alright then 🤷‍♀ Anyway, it's very good that the beach is juz in front of the stay, good, and the restaurant juz beside this stay is awesome, too, very delicious, overall experience is good except for the "aggressive flies"

Absolutely beautiful view over the bay and a free kayak rental once for each of us with lovely staff who help with bags to rooms and the pier! Situated on the side of the bay where not many tourists come so you get more space to yourself on the beach, purely because it's a little set back from the shops (which are only 5 minute walk away) :) you can walk 10 minutes along the white beach to the restaurants...

Nice beach view from here, many lovely "big sized" cats here cute!! But the lights r not bright enuf, for toilet and the room, too. But seems the water anywhere on phi phi island is salty so

All over this side of the island are places you can hear the music from the bars which stops at 2am so bring earplugs to wherever you decide to choose as accommodation!

The shower even had hot water and tissue could be thrown in the toilet, which is not common with 3 star hotels in Thailand. I would recommend this hotel to others

There are a lot of steps and, when it's high tide, your feet will get a little wet walking the last 20 yards to the resort, but the view really is wonderful

Food-wise, we ventured to Viking Beach and the hotel to our left—both were delightful

We also took a fantastic excursion around the island, including some idyllic beaches, and went diving among a rainbow of colourful fish

The boats themselves are quite the spectacle, though the noise and black smoke make you wonder about the environment! The room exceeded all expectations: spacious, freshly painted, and charmingly decorated

The toilet did have a leak, but it was barely noticeable compared to the overall quality of the room. Staff were a bit leisurely in the heat, but a friendly smile from you was always returned in kind

Great hotel, great swimming pool and great views of the beach while you are having breakfast in the restaurant. You have 4 or 5 restaurants on that beach, but for the rest of the places you have to walk or take a boat
