Phi Phi Sunset Bay Resort in Phi Phi Island

The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect, just a few minutes from the pier and surrounded by great cafés and restaurants. The pool area is excellent, with a separate section for kids and a larger sun-filled pool for adults, which our family really enjoyed. The staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. However, the rooms and interior areas are in need of renovation, and the walls are extremely thin with almost no sound insulation, including in the bathroom. We also booked a partial sea view room, but the main view was mostly rooftops and drying laundry. Overall, the location and service are strong highlights, but improvements to the rooms would significantly enhance the experience🙏

Highly recommended: staffs are super friendly, location is superb, also can use the gym at Banyan after getting a ticket from the reception. Bfast coupons remind me travelling in a decade ago, but the hotel made my travel unforgettable overall.

The Phi Phi Hotel has a very good, central location, and is at the same time also quiet. We felt very safe. The rooms are a bit outdated, but there is a small safe, two bottles of water every day, and it was clean. Breakfast is decent, but you shouldn't expect too much.

Unfortunately, the beds are extremely hard, the hardest we've had in Thailand so far. The air conditioning blows uncomfortably onto the bed, making it even harder to sleep. A drinking water dispenser for refilling your own bottles would be great, but unfortunately there isn't one.

Situated just beside the pier, this hotel is one of the best hotels in this island. Stayed for 3 nights and experience was amazing. Restaurants, cafés, massage parlours, tour agencies everything is very close by to this hotel which is very convenient. Rooms are decent. They seem little old but everything worked just fine so it was fantastic for us. The hotel staff are really friendly and hospitable. Tried the breakfast buffet also which was very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel to tourists travelling to Phi Phi.

The hotel is decent. It is quite old but that is not a problem. Be careful there is no elevator! The room is clean and the cleaning is done every day. The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the island close to everything! The breakfast is acceptable, there is a choice but the quality is lower. It is still decent. Very nice and helpful staff

Their live soup was very good..you fill your belly but you don't fill your mind. ( পেট ভরে যাবে বাট মন ভরবে না)

Not highly but Recommended if you want quantity but little less quality then this hotel is for you..we are starving that's why maybe foods are tasty.

Everything was great except service. No elevators. No room service. I went to reception to ask for water bottle at 11 in the night. They said they only give 2 bottles per room and rest you have to purchased from outside. I was ready to pay them but seems like all staff went to sleep and nobody can give water at 11 in the night. Luckily sevenEleven store was at walking distance. Also, We checked out early morning so no staff was there to help with luggage. However the room was decent. We took sea view room. The staff at reception was helpful except for the incidents I mentioned above.

Hotel and room is exceptionally clean, hotel location is in really good location. Staff is wonderful, especially bell boy Jirachart. He welcomed us with a big smile and he was so helpful, he knew everything about the hotel and local areas. His english was fluent. Jirachart made our stay in this hotel memorable and awesome. He definitely deserves a promotion.

Amazing location! The hotel is like 1 min walk from the McDonald’s!(if you go on a tour, your meeting point is most likely McDonald’s). I stayed at 5th floor and view was amazing. There is no elevator so be aware of stairs if you get a room upstairs. The staff will bring your bag to room and bring it down when u check out so no need to worry!. The staff were very helpful and room was clean. AND i had a room with amazing view! I enjoyed waking up every morning to watch the view of the island from my balcony.
