Phi Phi Natural Resort in Phi Phi Island

We had a lovely 5-star stay at Phi Phi Holiday Resort! We booked an Ocean Sunset Pool Villa, which was the highlight of our trip—having a private pool with that sunset view was incredible. The room was kept spotless with daily cleaning and fresh water provided every day.
​The resort has great spots for drinks and dining. Our absolute favorite was Jimmy’s Café—the food was delicious, and the staff there were super friendly and welcoming. We also visited the Sunset Bar; the deck and views are fantastic, though we felt the atmosphere could be improved with some better music to match the setting.
​The beach (Laem Tong) is lovely and quiet, not too busy, and we never had trouble finding a lounger. It’s great that there are other dining options along the beach if you want to explore, plus a handy little shop on-site for essentials like beer, sunscreen, and flip-flops.
​A few small notes: the air conditioning in our villa was nice and cold but the unit seemed a bit older and was quite loud at night. Also, while the breakfast selection was okay, I do wish there had been more variety of fruit.
​Overall, we had a wonderful time. The staff were all great, and we even spotted a monkey walking casually through the resort! We would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

We really liked Phi Phi Holiday Resort overall. The property is very nice, and the ocean-view bungalows are amazing — they are practically in the ocean. The food was good, and we really appreciated the kind gesture of providing free food to children.

The main downside was the beach. It was quite dirty, and it didn’t seem like much effort was being made to clean it. Since the beach is the main reason people choose this hotel, it really needs better maintenance. With a clean beach, this place would be excellent.

Great experience for any couple, family, or friends looking for a peaceful serene experience on a beach where peak rainless summer is in December-march. Rooms are super clean and comfortable and have great views and look like from a movie. Sunset restaurant is a great place to be after 5 pm for sure to see the most orange beautiful sunset ever. All beverages are great try any place on the beach and so is food. Sunrise on infinity pool at the beach is fantastic and tanning is very easy here be careful not to burn. Owner of jasmine Restaurant is a cool guy very knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend the boating trips to the scuba and rocks to see all of the island. Talk to the locals here to find out amazing secrets and places that only they know about. In this island it's very important you clean the beaches of all trash too they make it a big deal and are very appreciative of it. Lots of mosquitos in the evening so make sure to bring sprays. Bring extra shorts because you will be swimming a lot and it's very hot. Everything is very affordable also food and drink. Go to center city of the island for anything more you might need.

I have stayed in this resort for a one night. I really enjoyed the beach as there were no crowds. The breakfast buffet was good. However, in the restaurant, they charge 10% for service even if you pay in cash. Also, getting to the hotel takes time and money. You have first to get to Aotonsai Pier by boat or ferry then you book another fast boat to get to the resort location.

We stayed a number of days in a Superior Premium bungalow (upgraded from a Garden bungalow) which was located near the beach. The interior was very fresh and comfy and the bungalow looked very new or recently renovated.

Around the resort on the beach you had plenty of opportunities to eat outside the resort.

we had a very comfortable stay and even booked excursions with the hotel which were private and beyond compare!!
Highly recommend and if I visit phiphi again, I definitely will visit again!

My stay at Phi Phi holiday resort was amazing. The location is fantastic. When we arrived we were provided with a room upgrade. There was a huge variety of food to choose from everyday. The staff couldn’t have been nicer, they were all so friendly and helpful. Overall I had a 10/10 experience at this resort and I would highly recommend it to anyone travelling to the Phi Phi islands.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. On one end of the hotel is the beautiful beach with crystal clear water, and on the other side you will find the Sunset infinity pool with a breathtaking view of the ocean.
The food in this hotel is delicious, we tried Thai food from Jimmy’s Cafe and ordered room service a couple of times (the margarita pizza is the best we’ve had in Thailand). Breakfast is included. Plus, there’s two small shops next door where you can find essentials and snacks and a couple of local restaurants too.
The hotel is not small, and walking distances can be long especially during hot weather, but you can call the operator and they will send someone in the golf cart to pick you up.
One of the restaurant areas is currently under maintenance, which is good because the hotel does need some maintenance, especially the sunset infinity pool, as many tiles are becoming loose.
Overall, we had a nice stay at this hotel and do recommend it. The staff is really nice, too.
