Overpriced and Disappointing. Avoid!"
​"Total scam. Paid 5,760 THB for a 'motel' with no elevator and vibrating appliances. They charged us for toothbrushes that were EXPIRED in 2025, and the staff didn't care at all. The lobby looks like a chaotic supermarket. No luggage service to the pier either. Having a pool doesn't make you a resort. Don't waste your money here—many better options on the island for this price.

Peak season stay because most other options on Phi Phi were fully booked. Overall, the experience was disappointing: the facilities feel outdated and the service was below average, so I wouldn’t really recommend staying here. The hotel didn’t provide a disposable toothbrush (first time I’ve encountered this), and the air conditioning wasn’t very responsive—it took a long time to cool the room. If you have other choices, I’d suggest booking elsewhere.

Quiet side of the island but could provide roach spray for the shack rooms. We had hefty sized roaches and nothing to kill them with. Bathroom was alright, the shack was kinda poorly built, a lot of cracks and gaps for critters to crawl in and become your room mate. We had a cat that would frequent our room, that was honestly the best bit lol

Be aware, don’t book this hotel . The owner is very rude and just wants to make money . The rooms are very dirty and smells like mold. We are very disappointed, we paid for one day almost 120 € and this room was not more than 20 euro worth .

The worst hotel I ever stayed in my Thailand trip. The moment I entered the room it smelled so bad,Rooms are basic feels like a cheap motel with hard bed. The receptionist and staffs are not interested in showing you the room and you have to search for the room which looks like a big dormitory. They didn’t even provide the promised two bottles of water and no phone to call them. I wish I could rate them in negative. Pls AVOID this place at all cost.

Noisy renovations for the whole 8 days first night till 9pm on and off during the day you are only notified about consrtuction after you book. I had paid extra for a bungalow that was too noisy from a food hall next door couldn't stay there rooms were much cheaper but got no refund for staying in the room. 3rd time I have stayed here but I won't be coming back the fumes from the painting works also made me ill and tired.

The guys fron check in service wasn’t friendly and welcoming. The cleanliness of room was not Good. And the room was terrible (dark, dirty). Breakfast was one the worst I have ever had! The AC was decent!

we were there for 2 nights. Just normal hotel. Requires some renovation. Noizy fan in the bathroom and really thin walls. But good view from the window or balcony (sea view)

Huge hotel room, big double shower, pool views, friendly staff, 10 minute walk from all the action with bars & restaurants on route. Phi Phi is absolutely stunning, this place was great, there is however a warning sign of don’t feed the monkeys and keep your doors locked at all times, we laughed at first but they weren’t lying, there was monkeys everywhere, love sitting on the roof of the hotel, climbing the trees and sometimes stealing an abandoned drink on the table 🤣 enjoyed my stay nonetheless & perfect for couple / group travelling. Incredible value.
