We had a fantastic stay! The friendly staff were incredibly supportive, helping us decorate the room and arrange a birthday cake for our friend’s surprise. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the pool and Jacuzzi were excellent additions. Overall, a very enjoyable and relaxing holiday experience.

Locates in the hillside of the seaside destination. Not far from Suan Son Beach (15 minutes or so).
This time, we stayed in 4 bed villa. The Villa is large with a Moderate Size Pool. It is very clean. Staffs are very helpful.
They also provide All Day Icecream.

Overall this is a 5 star experience. Some of the photos raised the expectations a bit beyond reality, but the place is clean, the breakfast has a high quality and the employees are very attentive and supportive. We had an issue with our AC but it got fixed immediately the next morning. We really enjoy our stay here!
If you are staying here, we can also highly recommend the Mini Golf World that is right next door, which also offers great food at a very reasonable price and is run by a truly friendly family.

Rooms were really clean and staff were super friendly. It is a great resort to stay in and enjoy the facilities.
Swimming pool looks very clean and newly renovated.
The welcome drinks were also very refreshing, free ice cream 24 hours.
Staff were courteous and service level is 10/10, even for a short distance (30m) they would pick you up with the golf buggy from the carpark.
The jacuzzi in the rooms were powerful and clean.
The only downside is that the location nearby or outside the resort do not have any shops or 7-11, might be a little inconvenient but we loved it this way as there were little to none traffic and it was very peaceful at night.
Breakfast is also decent, maybe they can look into changing their sausages and ham supplier.
Overall 9.5/10 and would definitely visit again and book their 3 bedroom villa with Onsen.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights and couldn’t be happier with my experience. The staff were extremely helpful, attentive, and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was incredible—fresh, tasty, and with a great variety. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
