This hotel is a real gem. Every single staff member, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, greets you with warmth and a smile. The atmosphere is intimate and cozy, right by the sea. Breakfast is delicious, with both a buffet and an à la carte menu. My suite was comfortable, and the bedding was so good I slept like a baby. There were some leaves and bugs in the private pool, but we're in a tropical garden, and I actually found it quite magical. It didn't bother me at all. I felt a pang of sadness before leaving. I felt so serene and well-rested. Thank you. I'll be back next time with my family and friends.

The rooms are clean, the grounds are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and responded to all requests promptly and politely. The sweet calm atmosphere made a wonderful holidays.

Location is good, connected to the beach. Room is spacious. However, the air circulation to the bunk bed isn't ideal. Some of the interior needs touch up. The Relationship Manager, Dada, is commendable.

The room is unusually spacious and the nature setting outside adds space and tranquility. The only drawback is the narrow beach front. The breakfast provided has room for improvement in terms of the limited choices.

A gem in hua hin, kids loved the place and we had everything really close by to the hotel so the location was simply great. Staff was cool too, not much fuss and very accommodating.

We enjoyed the breakfast and hotel facilities, especially providing drinking water bottles and snacks. We went half day trip to forest and tasted traditional noodle soup. We all liked Hua Hin beach resort.

Everyone is so friendly and approachable. Love their service. They have yoga every Sunday morning. The views from the infinity pool is fantastic. Having access to the beach directly is very convenient. The free bikes are also a nice touch. We used it to cycle around, to dinner and cicada market. The spa is not very worth it. If you have bfast here, make sure to get the holy basil! The rooms are huge and spacious, beds are comfortable, clean, though some minor defects.
