The sea-view room I booked allows us to see the sea only if we stand on the second floor; from the room itself you cannot see the sea.
One of the two bathrooms has a clogged drain and smells extremely foul.
My 2.5-year-old child has a fever, so I requested to have breakfast for the child and the caregiver elderly person delivered to the room, but the staff gave me a dirty look. I don’t understand whether they have proper staff training.
If you’d like, I can provide a more formal or more polite version as well.

The room was amazing, the bed and pillow were all so soft! The facilities in the room was also great, it even have a JBL speaker. A amazing hotel to choose if you are visiting Hua Hin!

Wonderful hotel, cozy and clean rooms, and the staff are very friendly. The location is excellent, close to the city center. The breakfasts are delicious with a sea view. Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Stepping into the room was a real 'wow' moment! It's so spacious with a warm, inviting feel. The king-size bed is incredibly soft; I practically didn't want to get up. The bed linens are as fine and smooth as those in a luxury hotel. The sofa corner is perfectly arranged for lounging. I especially love the adjustable bedside lamps – just switching them on instantly puts me in vacation mode.
The bathroom is HUGE! It has separate wet and dry areas, plus a bathtub right by the window 🛁✨. The water pressure is excellent, the temperature is consistent, and the amenities have a lovely, subtle scent. Full marks, ten out of ten, no deductions!

Booked a pool villa for three nights. The privacy wasn't great; we were on the first floor and another family was staying above us, with only bamboo separating us. Our pool barely got any sun, so the water was freezing cold. We hardly got to enjoy the pool during our three-day stay. Breakfast was also very mediocre, couldn't find much to eat. Overall, I'd say booking a non-pool room offers better value for money, as the rooms are spacious enough and come with a private bathtub.

Overall, I was satisfied. The environment was lovely and comfortable, but the shower temperature kept fluctuating between cold and hot.

Excellent location for a quiet holiday with access to an uncluttered beach. A trip into town is a 10-minute ride. The staff were extremely helpful, and the pool suite offered a nice way to cool down or hangout in a private space. It’s family-friendly, but could also serve as a romantic getaway or golfing holiday base. Overall, being away from the nightlife and noise but able to get to it easily was a big plus.
