Wonderful hotel, location perfect, loads of choices of sunbeds, getting 2-3 towels and fresh water and icecream, nice nearby places to have wonderful food, staff extremely friendly, breakfast over the top (including everything one can possibly think of!)

Excellent services, good location and very clean I definitely will come back to this hotel when I visit Hua Hin again.

Hua Hin Marriott Hotel is very nice. The staff are friendly and polite, the rooms are clean, and the beds are super comfortable. It’s also lovely to sit on the balcony and observe hotel life. The hotel has three different pools and easy access to the beach. It’s also very quiet and peaceful.

There was one minor issue that slightly spoiled our stay. On the day of our arrival, when we wanted to take a shower, we noticed that only one clean towel had been provided. The other towel in the bathroom was used, wet, and dirty. I assume the staff simply forgot to replace it before our check-in. However, the issue was quickly resolved, and fresh towels were brought to us.

The hotel service was excellent. We stayed for three nights, and it happened to be my husband's birthday. The hotel staff even left a cake when they cleaned our room, which was a very thoughtful touch! It's perfect for a family vacation, especially the hotel's beach where you can enjoy the sea breeze, sunbathe, and swim – it's incredibly relaxing. The breakfast was good, and serving until 11 AM is a huge plus for guests who don't want to wake up early. The restaurant's food was also great; it's a good option for dining in if you don't feel like going out to eat. There's a mall and a supermarket not far from the hotel, which is convenient for daily needs. The night market a few kilometers away offers even more food choices, and the durian there is delicious and affordable – definitely worth trying.

## Room:
The room was spacious enough. We booked a pool access room, which was indeed much more expensive on weekends, but perfect for families with children.

## Facilities:
Overall, the facilities were great. The adult pool had good vegetation coverage, ensuring plenty of privacy. The circular children's pool was a highlight, with multiple play areas for kids.

They offered free popsicles, cotton candy, juice, and other interactive activities. Even breakfast had IKEA kids' tableware.

## Service:
The beach chairs came with towels already laid out, and free iced water was provided and refilled continuously – a nice touch.

## Stay Experience:
Overall, it was very good, meeting Marriott's standards. There were no Chinese guests, but a mix of Westerners, Koreans, and local Thais, making it very international. The location is excellent, with a beach and just a 5-minute walk across a skybridge to Market Village, which has dining and shopping options.

## Drawbacks:
There was no bathtub in the room. For a 5-year-old child, they charged 500 baht for breakfast, which I've only encountered at this hotel out of my 20+ trips to Thailand. However, I understand the reasoning, as there was a queue for breakfast on the weekend.

This place is absolutely beautiful, from the stunning location to the elegant bedrooms and every thoughtful detail. But what truly makes it exceptional is the staff. They are incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely attentive to every need. They constantly go out of their way to ensure your stay is perfect and keep asking if there’s anything more they can do to make your experience better.
Breakfast is excellent, especially the wide variety of delicious cheeses. There are lovely activities for children and a quiet pool where adults can relax.
When the staff said goodbye with a warm “See you again soon,” I honestly felt like saying, “Yes, you definitely will!” We’ve stayed here many times, but I’ve never experienced such genuine hospitality.,

A Perfect Getaway — Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa Exceeded Expectations!

If you’re looking for a little getaway from Bangkok, I would recommend Hua Hin over Pattaya any day — and the Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa is the perfect place to stay!

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Their warmth and attention to detail set the tone for an exceptional stay.

The breakfast buffet was incredible — offering every type of breakfast you could imagine, from traditional Thai dishes to international favorites. The rooms were spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable.

Although we were there as a couple without our children, I have to say the family pool looked amazing — spacious, fun, and perfect for kids. I would absolutely bring my kids and grandkids here on our next trip!

We spent most of our time at the Adult Pool, which was the ideal spot for peace and relaxation. The entire pool is surrounded by a lush hedge, creating a calm and private atmosphere. Upon arrival, the pool manager, Milk, greeted us warmly and set up three towels per person — one over the backrest, one around the footrest, and one neatly folded as a pillow. He even brought each guest a glass of water and kept it refilled throughout the day. When we ordered food, Milk met the waiter and helped arrange our meal beautifully.

What really stood out was Milk’s professionalism — when a family with children arrived, he kindly and respectfully reminded them that it was an Adults-Only area. He upholds the resort’s high standards perfectly.

Overall, the Hua Hin Marriott Resort & Spa offers exceptional service, comfort, and attention to detail. Whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family, this resort is a gem. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Was there for 5 nights in October 2025. As a Marriott member, we got a complimentary upgrade to Seaview room with King Bed. Very happy with the overall service in the hotel. Food was good. We went to Big fish on the first night where we had some amazingly big tiger prawns. Then tried their Italian-Thai buffet on a Friday night. It was decent. Pizzas, Porchetta, massaman beef were delicious. So were the desserts. Location was good. We had a rental car and did valet parking. Room was kept very clean. I think it was being cleaned twice or thrice a day! Odd thing was our towels kept being changed despite hanging them up as instructed to show that we wanted to continue using them, and save the environment. If I must be strict, we would not take the same block as the lobby again as we could hear ambulance sirens at night, going to the nearby Bangkok Hospital. And I would also hope that there will be no more tourist horses going on the beach.

Great spot and location for family leisure:) Best hotel ever!
