The hotel is in a great location. There are two night markets across the street. You can walk directly to the beach behind the night market. There is also a popular cafe.

Cozy hotel, spacious room. There is breakfast, you can order scrambled eggs or soup and a small buffet: dumplings, noodles, rice with chicken. Tea, coffee, toast, watermelon. We liked the breakfast, after it you don't have to have lunch) It's about 15 minutes to the sea. There are 2 night markets nearby, open from Thursday to Sunday. Comfortable bed, normal Internet and no problems with hot water...

Breakfast is average but sufficient.  Service is good.  Facilities are old and some are out of order.  Towels are old, dirty and some are torn.  Lighting is not sufficient and cleanliness is poor.  Will choose the nearby hotel next time.

Perfect location for access to massage/bars/shops and restaurants. Tucked away off the main road so away from loud noise. Pool was nice. Receptionists were reasonably happy to help.

Location was great and overall the room was clean. But when I check out no stuff on service desk, I have to press the ring bell for 3 times.

The best thing about this hotel is the location and then the pool. It is within easy walking distance to everything. I had problems with my door not locking. And problems with the powerbox and key card. And problems with the aircon. Front desk is not as hospitable as I have experienced in Thailand. And there are no kettles in the room.

The atmosphere is great, and our room was right by the sea, less than 50 meters away – amazing! The pool right in front of the room was beautiful, perfect for swimming and enjoying the ocean view. My only slight complaint is that the room door was a bit difficult to open and close.

The room was clean and private, with excellent air conditioning and a super comfortable bed. It was spacious and great for photos. Being right on Hua Hin beach, close to Khao Takiab, was a huge plus. You step out the door and are right at the sea. You can take long walks along the beach, go for a swim, or just enjoy the stunning ocean views from your window – it's pure bliss!

Every staff member provided excellent service. The accommodation offered sea views and garden scenery, and its location was close to many attractions.

First-row sea view, you can watch the sunrise from bed. You can also enjoy breakfast while watching the sunrise. It's a detached house, and you need to use your room card to access the hotel pool. Turn right out of the small alley and it's a 5-minute walk to 7-Eleven, and a 20-minute walk to the big night market.

Upon closer inspection, there are many areas for improvement. The hotel wasn't as good as expected. While the location is good, the design, decor, and service details don't live up to the rating. It's the kind of hotel you wouldn't want to stay at again after two nights.

Nice place to relax in enjoyable surroundings. My room was upgraded to a nice hut by the lake as I stayed out of season. Enjoyed a pleasant walk around the grounds and saw plenty of wildlife. The room was very big with own balcony. Breakfast was good served in restaurant by the lake. I would like to stay again in season as I a sure there would be a good atmosphere.

The hotel is clean. The rooms are spacious. They always clean; you just need to put a sign on the door. There's a microwave on each floor, a kettle, and a refrigerator in the room. Everything works. They leave a bottle of drinking water by the door every day per person. Overall, I really liked everything.

The room was very spacious and clean. It had a sofa, a comfortable bed and pillows, and no musty smell. Small plates, bowls, and spoons were provided. The refrigerator was large and spacious. The only minor drawbacks were that the vinyl tile flooring was a bit old, there was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, and the TV only showed cable channels with poor picture quality. Stayed for a weekend since our chosen hotel was fully booked during the weekend. Massive room! Good value if you want just a space, no other amenities. Our room was at the corner of the floor so no WiFi, which is quite important for me since I work online. If you’re a digital nomad, maybe request a room close to the router.
