The Hotel has a Boutique feeling with super friendly staff, quiet and never too busy. The location is a bit remote from downtown but easy to reach and the monkey mountain next door is a special natural spot away from the crowds and noise.

This hotel has its merits, but it's not good enough. Firstly, the rooms are modernly designed. Secondly, the location is excellent, very convenient to the beach. Finally, the Page restaurant, while very slow to serve, has very good food. I think the main drawback of the hotel is the service. The staff is inefficient and frequently makes mistakes. The sea-view room I booked allows us to see the sea only if we stand on the second floor; from the room itself you cannot see the sea. One of the two bathrooms has a clogged drain and smells extremely foul. My 2.5-year-old child has a fever, so I requested to have breakfast for the child and the caregiver elderly person delivered to the room, but the staff gave me a dirty look. I don’t understand...

Excellent services, staffs, privacy places and breakfast

The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was not a buffet but the portions were more than enough. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a small swimming pool, it gave me a very holiday feel. I will definitely stay here next time I come to Hua Hin.

Everything was good enough though it is very far from city center - said 15 mins ride but it’s actually a 30 mins ride. Great varities for breakfast and staff are very attentive. The price and the room are worth it. It's a resort style with a swimming pool and food. It's suitable for families who like to cook. There are kitchen utensils, spoons, plates, bowls, everything. However, it's a bit far from the city. There's room service, but I didn't try it. Breakfast is good.

What made the hotel worthwhile was the staff. My only issue with the place was that they served us microwaved croissants. LOL, returned back the croissants and ask for a new batch they send us the old batch along with the new batch all microwaved and hard after we asked them to warm them up. So they charged us double which we did not ask for. So they don't take food back they'll give you the old food...

B2 was clean, tidy, staff were great. Hotel Is nice with convenient location. Downside to me is that mattress was like a rock, lack of storage space,  they give tiny little bottles for shower gel, no tissues and everything is white, lacks character - but all in all a great stay.
