Very helpful staff who ensured I was able to check in at 4am. Location on Soj 94 with everything you need but still quiet.

The hotel is under maintenance when we go, the old building is not that good, the rooms along the way to old building seems not bad. Breakfast is not that great

Nice staff and quiet and tranquil place. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the reading corner is nice. Lots of flowers and plants. The downsides are that there is no restaurant at the hotel (but some nearby), the location is a bit off (okay with scooter) and the pool had quite a lot of debris from the trees and dead bugs in it all the time (even though they clean it in the mornings).

This is an eight story condo building with small gym and swimming pool. The building itself is good but a little worn. There’s car parking and covered motorcycle parking. There is a small coin laundry area and a water refill station. The property has 24/7 security that were friendly. The workers were super nice but the middle men who rented the place were less so. A lot of things were promised but after the contract was signed they didn't uphold many of them, things like internet and sheets as an example. Rooms also had some breathing issues. Facilities were nice.

Great little hotel. Rooms were good. Breakfast buffet was OK. Pool was clean and well kept. Five minute walk to beach and bars and street food vendors but not much in a taxi to the main town.

Staying here for a month and loving it. Location is great, only 5 mins walk to the beach. There is also a 7/11 convenience store very close by. The hotel has a pool, elevator and a huge space of parking lot. Staff are all very friendly. For those who prefer to stay in a quiet zone of Hua Hin with walking distance to the beach. Stay okay two nights is maximum as the hotel needs a big upgrade need to get it modernised but I suppose for the price is ample if you’re not fussy where you’re gonna stay

Nice small quite but very central hotel with 9 guest houses, pool and parking. Everything a easy walk ( soi 94, Market village etc) if you want a simple clean quite space great place and friendly.

Very quiet location but close to the madness of soi 94. The private bungalows are to a good standard, very clean and well kept. The price is very reasonable for the quality and location. Noi and Bob are very welcoming and do a great job at maintaining the resort. If you're looking for quality rooms in a quiet location with chilled vibes, this may be the one for you.

The owners and staff very friendly. The bungalow complex is set in garden's, the bungalows are spacious with a great terrace. We liked the quietness of the area and only a few minutes walk to bars and restaurants. The beach is about a 20 minute walk, straight down the main road. Lovely pool with sunbeds. The complex consists of several villas and is located not far from Soi 94. Despite this, it is very quiet. I felt very comfortable there. The owners and staff are super nice. My villa was large and clean. The bed was very comfortable and there are mosquito nets on all the windows. It is difficult to find with Google Maps. It is better to ask.

Good Bungalow Resort, very pleasant owners, quite area but very near the bars and restaurants. Nice pool with sunbeds. Bungalows set in garden's, inside very big room and bed, with own terrace. 20 minute walk to beach and Market Village which is a must, great food hall at very reasonable prices. Recommend Bann Opun if you want a quiet place but near everywhere.

I stayed for 8 days with my daughters. We were very pleased. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It's 4 km from the center, but taxis and motorbikes are very cheap. We had no problems at all. I recommend this hotel. Greetings from Turkey ❤️

Stayed on night on the road from Bangkok down to the south. Staff is nice, good price and clean bedroom with bathroom.

Super cozy here. Room is tidy and clean. They have provided all you need for your stay. I always stop here for a night ony way to the south. Owner is very helpful, we talked for long time. We loved the individual bungalows with their outdoor seating area. It was very tropical. Easy access to the beach and walking distance to markets and dining areas if you enjoy a 30 or 40 minute walk. Also eating options close by.

This is walk in price of 399 baht The also have 499 and 599 baht rooms. They charge 100 baht key deposit. They all have aircon. We stayed the 399 room Room is old and have hard bed (not inner spring) . It was sufficient for a short stop between samui and BKK to break up trip and rest.
