Prana Resort Nandana in Bang Rak Beach

We had a wonderful stay at Prana Resort Nandana. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and relaxing, with great facilities and a lovely beach atmosphere.

A special thank you to James and Ton at the reception who were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. They made everything easy for us, from check-in to recommendations around the island.

Also, Benz at breakfast was amazing—so warm, attentive, and friendly every morning. He made sure everything was perfect and started our day with great energy.

All three staff members were wonderful and truly made our stay special. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

Wha a great place with awesome staffs around and great view of the ocean !

Before I came itself asked regarding getting to resort from Nathon Pier - Staffs guided the best way to- shared mini van 200 THB.

The rooms are so comfortable and if a big family comes you can by two rooms with a connecting door inside.

Scooter rental is the best to travel around Koh Samui - rental shops will ask for passport or security deposit of 3000-3500 THB, but at the reception itself they arranged without any deposit.

Staffs - no words for their hospitality, at the last day before you checkout you will get emotional for sure because of the love and warmth of these beautiful souls around, to name a few James, Ton, Golf, Som, June , Chef Vijval (V) , Chat, Dear (sorry if I have missed anyone) and of course inspite if the scorching Sun 2 staffs jn day and 2 staffs in night helping us cross the road to other side beach view property.

There are two swimming pools, I would suggest to spend max time at the one on each side .

@ aqua bar happy hours 3-4 pm & tropikana bistro 5-6 pm. Both buy 1 get 1

Breakfast buffet was fantastic , I would suggest them to keep atleast 2 South Indian dishes , Great food by Chef Vijval (V) who is at the noodle soup and egg station, whatever we say he cooks the best, I even introduced Kalakki from Tamilnadu and he was ready to experiment for me.

Enjoyed a week and came with a broken heart😢 since these people around took care of us so well, whenever you cross reception their smile and almost everyone knows our name 😊

We had a great stay at Prana Resort Nandana. The hotel is very clean, well maintained, and in a really convenient location. The breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice, and the gym was also very nice and well equipped.

To get to the beach you do need to cross the road, but it wasn’t a problem at all. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and the hospitality throughout our stay was excellent.

Review:
A perfect hotel! The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and always greets you with a smile. The rooms are clean and spacious; even though the hotel is a bit older, it’s well-maintained and you don’t feel it at all.
The pool is perfect, and the hotel’s private beach is one of the most beautiful I’ve seen.
A few things to note:
• Breakfast: There are plenty of options, mostly Thai dishes and meat. If you’re looking for a variety of cheeses, there aren't many, but overall it’s satisfying and filling.
• Location: The location is a bit tucked away, so we mostly used the Bolt app to get around. There is a taxi stand right next to the hotel that sometimes offers good prices.
• Service: Truly excellent and attentive!

We had an amazing experience at Prana Resort Nandana. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and truly taken care of everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality created such a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout our entire stay.

The resort itself is beautiful: peaceful surroundings, a lovely pool area, and very clean, comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. We especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning a great selection of fresh, tasty options that gave us the perfect start to the day.

Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. This resort combines comfort, great service, and a wonderful ambiance. We would happily come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway on Koh Samui!

Cozy family hotel. Great polite team. Delicious breakfasts, 2 swimming pools, 2 bars. First line.

Lovely area, quiet but has everything you need - exchange office, 7/11, fruit stand with selection of all local seasonal fruits, great restaurants (Noi friendly, L'ancora), read reviews. The hotel is chic, the breakfast is full, the coffee is Delicious, the choice is wide, the rooms are new, clean, comfortable balconies, but the sea is frankly not very good compared to Cheweng, the water is muddy, there are many piers on this side of the island and boats moor accordingly, foam and turbidity are visible in the water but the view from the pool to the sea and neighboring islands is divine.

Amazing hotel! Great staff, great service! The room is always clean! The food in the restaurant is amazing!

Excellent Choice of Hotel in Samui

The beach and the infinity pool are just across the road. The Infinity pool overlooking the beach is so mesmerizing. They have 2 big swimming pools, a fitness centre, a kids playroom and a rooftop spa. The room was comfortable with large bathroom, king size bed and your own balcony.
Staff were courteous, kind and helpful.
Food at the restaurant are super affordable and delicious taste too.
This hotel is one of my favorite and highly recommended.

We went there in April 2021 and stayed for 5 nights.
Well , we were planning to stay 3 nights but the atmosphere, the location, staff awesome attitude, the quality of food , drinks, service made us extend.
We were upgraded the this wonderful room with the pool right outside our terrace which made our stay very pleasant.
The fist evening we went to have a drink at Tropikana and, I mentioned that my Dry Martini was not exactly what I'm used to. Immediately the waiter apologized and offered to make a new one. That is a great customer service. Well, that was one of the best cocktails I've ever had so I ordered a few more.
The view from Tropikana, in the morning for breakfast or sunset for cocktails is just beautiful.
The staff, from cleaning personnel to the GM is just so welcoming
We'll definitely stay there next time we go to Samui
