Phusambig Resort in Ko Mook

My stay at this hotel was like a trip to hell. It's located in a nice area close to Charlie beach and surrounded by plants and jungle. The staff is trying to be helpful most of the time with exceptions. That's the good part. The bad part: mold everywhere, ants everywhere, very very dirty. Even though I sprayed poison in all corners the ants would show up all the time in large numbers. Watch the videos. Toilet and shower are covered in dirt. Dirty doormats that haven't been washed in ages. In the shower there's a hole in the ground where all sorts of insects show up when they want.
In my first Bungalow hot water didn't work, in the second electricity didn't. The third was covered in mold and ant infested. The couple in the bungalow next to me had a mattress that was completely covered in mold, the neighbors on the other side didn't have water on one day. I'm still coughing from the bad air and hope to recover on Koh lanta. In the end the staff tried to make me pay twice and said I didn't pay yet. Gruesome.
