Be careful ! Do not come here !!!!! Its a big ass trasch I warn you people do not make my mistake and put ur money here!!!!!!!

I’m very disappointed with this hotel and would not recommend it. The food is really poor. There are very limited choices. The only fish they serve is cheap, like sardines, mackerel, or horse mackerel. The desserts run out very early, and the staff don’t make sure there is enough until 9:30 pm. One night, they took almost all the desserts to a table with tablecloths, while the rest of us had none. Maybe they were special guests, but it was unfair to the others. There are long queues for everything because the hotel doesn’t have enough staff. At breakfast, one day they mixed fresh orange juice with bottled juice, and the next day there was only bottled juice — no fresh juice at all. The pasta is badly cooked, not al dente, and all stuck together. The rice is undercooked. The only thing that was edible most days was French fries or chips. One of the worst things is how they treat people. If you are Tunisian, they serve Italian guests first, even if you were ahead of them in the queue. It felt very disrespectful. The rooms are not clean. Cleaning is done very late, and when we return from the beach, there are no fresh towels. The evening entertainment is all in Italian. Nothing is done for Arabic speakers. Only one night had a Tunisian organist playing local songs — all the other activities were focused only on Italians. This was a very bad experience. I really hope the hotel management takes this seriously and makes changes.
