We had the most lovely time at the hotel. Everything was perfect from the beautifully designed rooms to the attentive service. The food is absolutely delicious, so we ate in every evening, and enjoyed the varied menu, which included local recipes and lots of fish. We would throughly recommend staying here: it was our best hotel experience ever.

The hotel is very well located, right in the center of Houmt Souk and a 15-minute drive from the airport. Everything is nearby: cafes, restaurants, the souk, etc. The interior is beautifully decorated, truly immersing you in the traditional Djerbian style. It's calm and relaxing; I highly recommend it. this is a lovely heritage building in the very centre of the pedestrianised souk - an oasis of quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast continental, the rooms attractively decorated with tiled bed plinths and lower walls. its central location means it's easy to nip back to whilst you're in the souk area. lovely patio for sitting reading.

There's a lovely courtyard where breakfast is also served. The rooms are very basic, and the plumbing in the bathroom is laid on the tiles. Overall, everything isn't 100% clean.

Was alright for one night stay. My flight was severely delayed, but I had no issues checking in at 3:30am in the morning. Central and close to the market/souk. Wasn't sure if the towels were used or clean as they were not folded but hanged up. There is a local supermarket directly across the road which is useful.

For a two star, it is clean. Well placed, near a super market with alcohol sales. Air conditioning is not that. Choice of massages and treatments for the same price outside. My companion has had his private parts massaged, I find it disturbing but I understand that it can work so that customers take several days of massages. The breakfast sucks.
