Had a lovely experience with this place , the reception staff ( woman and the man who work at night ) was lovely , helpful and very professional. The hired me a taxi and try to make my trip very easy and smooth . Thank a lot for the best customer service and I really appreciate the help . Many thanks

The room was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The location was very convenient—close to the market, banks, restaurants, and hospitals—while still being private and quiet.

Great hotel with clean and quiet comfortable rooms. Staff were welcoming and helpful (Naser nightshift was great), and the location was convenient. Overall, a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend

Amazing experience. Staff were absolutely amazing and super kind and helpful. Location was AMAZING and honestly all around, experience was amazing. WiFi can sometimes be slow and the water pressure for the shower wasn’t the best but honestly it works just fine. All in all, will recommend esp if you’re going to be out and about
