Hotel Corniche Palace in Bizerte

There are many fights that happen here because of drunkenness and also the guards' behaviour is very bad and they do not do their duties well.

This was our first Hotel during our Rallye-Tour of Tunisia.
Booking Problems with the organizer had us without room after we got off the ferry.

The Corniche Palace was the solution that came up.

The "Palace" has seen better times. In the Mid-80s probably.
In the bathroom basically everything was kind of broken.
But at least the beds were okay and it was kinda clean.

Please avoid to stay in this hotel as much as you can. My friend’s room was in a terrible state the AC was broken and it was boiling hot in the room, we asked them to fixe it, they said they will send someone, 3hours later nothing has been done, we went back to the reception to ask again and they told us that AC cannot be fixed for this night, so we asked them to move my friend to another room, in which they said the hotel is completely full which was not true. So at the end they suggested that my friend sleeps in my room. We asked them for refund but they said that’s not their policy and can’t do it and kept saying that we need to accept that this is how things are run here. A part from that the hotel is dirty, staff is not helpful, the food is horrible, we saw drunk men fighting, horrible music till very late at night.

The service is getting worse everytime. I booked with my collegues twice in 2017 and we noticed an epic fall regarding the staff's behavior and the rooms state.
Thank god my mates company made the stay lighter.
I do not recommend at all.
