El Oumara Hotel in Tunis

We stayed in our first evening because we wanted to be close to the train station as we were going to leave early in the morning.
But we were disappointed. There were mosquitoes in the room and more at the corridor, so they entered each time and we opened the door of the room.
The room didn’t have anything like on the photos. It didn’t look very clean.
Somebody from the hotel turn on our air conditioning to heat the room. But every time you wanted to turn off or on again, we had to call the reception and make him come. It was really annoying .
We didn’t like the breakfast at all. Most of the things looked old.
The fruit juice was like a sweetened water.
After four days in the south, when we returned, we took another hotel.
People in the reception were nice and gentle.

Awful experience. The bathrooms are not clean at all and they stink. The rooms and the main salon smell heavily of cigarette smoke. There was no iron when we asked for it and the bathtub is dirty. Beds were fine and location is great.

Very bad service and rude receptionist. Go somewhere else folks.

Bed sheets and pillow cases are filthy. Clearly not been washed in a long time

Location is in the middle of tall buildings and in a very congested area
