The Orangers Beach Resort and Bungalows - All Inclusive in Hammamet

Never wrote a review before but honestly how can you say this is 4 star from second day run out of alcohol no gin vodka anything apart from brandy then run out of lemonade the food well disgusting who wants green cabbage for breakfast the queues for pasta and chips was a joke run out of food within an hr never replaced I go Tunisa 3 times a year never been to somewhere so bad staff were only good thing

Been here several times since 2014 have always loved Les orangers. Came here for a birthday celebration. Sadly this time we are not impressed the quality of the food is very poor. Luke warm food Raw liver next to cooked food No chips available Very little selection (unless you like fish) Burger van very hit and miss. He says will have burgers and pizza tomorrow but then says no meat. After 3 days of asking he went off and got a small plate of burgers, waited over and hour and a half to receive a burger yet he was telling other guests (no meat) had our first burger it smelt lovely and meaty and tasted good. Was so hungry due to the limited food selection I asked for another burger waited just under an hour for him to get some more meat. Took my first bite and something didn’t seem right took my second bite and spat it out into a napkin. I looked down at burger and it was all pink inside I kept smelling the burger and it smelt off left a very funny taste in my mouth. Gave the burger back to the chef and said not good doesn’t taste right. He just took my plate of me and tried to say it was garlic. It wasn’t! Not long after I started to vomit Lost all appetite and thought it is what it is and tried my best to join in some activities. But mid way through archery I vomit again. Raven from entertainment team was lovely and asked how I was, obviously I wasn’t very good. And she took me to reception. And I told them I’ve been sick they gave me 2 sachets of powder to settle my stomach. I took one straight away and was immediately sick again whilst walking out the main reception into my hand and all down my dress. Haven’t been able to eat in over 24 hours stomach is completely empty. By this point I had had enough and went to reception and asked to speak to the manager. It was arranged that I could see the manager at 2pm. The manager was lovely I raised all my concerns with him and the executive chef. He said he wants his guests to be happy and that the next couple of days will be improved. He said he will make it special tonight so will have to see if that is true. The rooms are nice and spacious and the maids are lovely and clean the rooms. The bar staff do a wonderful job. The entertainment team are fantastic and try to get people to join in with activities. Plenty of sun loungers available daily. Reception staff very welcoming. The beach is beautiful, it’s just a shame that it’s looking a bit run down outside the hotel with many shops closed. Sadly the only thing that will prevent us from returning is the food selection, many times walked into the restaurant looked around and walked straight back out. Was solely living of the burger van but have now stopped going for food there now. In desperation had to go to the supermarket and buy some pringles and snacks for my partner. And also just outside the hotel go to a bar and have a plate of chips. (Something so simple to make) Entertainment have asked me to write a review,
