Houda Golf Beach & Aquapark

Monastir, BP. 35 Aéroport Monastir Dkhila (12 km from centre) 🧭

We have just returned from houda golf as a family of five, 2 adults and 3 children aged 11,8,5. Upon arrival, we were able to upgrade our room for a small fee, and we had a fantastic room. Interconnecting family room, with pool and beach views, absolutely beautiful. Pools are great and clean, the main pool is divided for babies and adults, with an extra children's pool. The waterslide pools are...

No frills and lots of sun. Beer and wine is fine. Something stronger is debatable. Mixers are cordial not fresh. Seeing the coastline so eroded is upsetting. Grab a taxi and see the nearby towns is fun. Oh, and the food offered is wonderful for a buffet. The variety is amazing and the Tunisian specialities are spectacular. Well done Chef Houda!!

Was a very nice holiday . Best time ever the all so friendly did a lot of trips organised in the hotel . Hamza was very nice looked very good after us . Hamza ist a credit to the place . The lady what cleaned our room was very friendly . And our room was cleaned every day .. thank you so much we will be back next year x

Thia hotel is beautiful and has lots to do with friendly faces all around. For example some honerable mentions go to the water activity service where Ali was extremely welcoming and friendly to talk to. Another is yayha who works in the food hall always setting out are table and having a laugh with us. There are many drink choices and lovely staff that made us feel so welcome making friends with every...

Hotel was definitely a 3*. The food was very repetitive and wasn’t great! The animation team were good and helpful but the entertainment in the evenings was non existent, it was advertised that different things were going to be going on in the evenings but there was nothing but music being played! The room we had was very basic and very noisy. No air con as this was turned off after the 15th of September...

Nice pool, nice staff, food ok but it was the same every day. Too many flies in the area due to the salt farms, that was very annoying.

Club Tropicana & Spa Hotel

Monastir, QP7H+R3W, Sahline (10 km from centre) 🧭

We had the most beautiful view, which we paid extra for. If you’re coming here, definitely do the same — you won’t regret it. The pools are great, and there are often dance shows, theater performances, and other entertainment. The bars are excellent, and the drinks are really good. The food is quite good, and the beaches are okay, although there are a few broken sunbeds. The service is excellent and...

The food is great, the room is always clean, the toilets too, the air conditioner, although the hotel one worked great for us. The view from the terrace is wonderful. Well, now what's not good, the swimming pool is too small, and not enough for adults, there are two more for children, which adults don't use, outside at least just as small and useless for so many people, nothing happens on the beach...

Food is excellent, toilets are very clean, animation team is fantastic, we have games every hour. Pools are very clean but the beach is not. There were jellyfishes 2 days and the sea wasn’t clean. You have several atractions such as parasailing, jet ski, horse riding, camels… I love it! It is 25 min from Sousse. Special praise to the animators: Viki, Katy, Kristina, Billy, Djo and Zico who brightened...

I do not know what planet these people with the negative reviews are from - perhaps if they had a better attitude they would find things more enjoyable instead of finding things to criticise! I stayed at this hotel in April 2017 with my sister for a week and we had a splendid time. The hotel is lovely, the staff were all pleasant, helpful and friendly - we always smiled and said hello too! The food...

Sahara Beach Aquapark

Monastir, Touristique Dkhila (9 km from centre) 🧭

What an incredible hotel, very clean, the animation team go out of their way to make sure you’re having a good time and somehow include all guests! The facilities were brilliant, the food was absolutely delicious and different choices each night, the desserts were a little on the plain side but this wasn’t an issue. The entertainment was okay, something different each night! You didn’t hear much...

We had a wonderful stay at Sahara Beach and would happily return. The hotel and pools were kept super clean throughout our stay, which made it really relaxing as a family holiday. Security was always visible and attentive, which made us feel very safe and comfortable the entire time. The atmosphere around the hotel was friendly and welcoming. One of the highlights was the entertainment – the karaoke...

This was our second time staying at this hotel as a family of 7 including kids (ages 18 and 15) and we all absolutely love it! The food is fantastic, and the entertainment is brilliant. Caramella, Ameni, Spider, Uma(I think her name was) but the whole team always make you feel included and ensure you have a great holiday. As with most all-inclusive over two weeks, the food can feel a little repetitive...

First PLEASE READ! If returning FROM Enfidha airport, please for the love of god, get your Dinar exchanged BEFORE getting to the airport. We got caught in what appears to be a very well-oiled scam/corruption. We tried to get our remaining dinar exchanged when we arrived at the airport, both Information AND the Exchange Desk said they couldn’t exchange our money ‘because it was from the hotel’. They...

We had an incredible holiday at Sahara Beach and can honestly say everything exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and at home. Everyone from the reception team to the restaurant, bar, entertainment, and cleaning staff was friendly, polite, and always ready to help with a smile. You can really feel how much they care about making guests happy. The food...

We were there 2weeks we are happy about everything thanks for the Twins Kiko and ice for making it very funny I like the smile in them faces they always like Tom and jerry Thanks for all the staffs they are amazing as well And I’m gonna be back soon for my second home Sahara beach ❤️

Hotel Neptunia Skanes

Monastir, Zone Touristique, Skanes (10 km from centre) 🧭

Staff is very nice and friendly. Location is good and the beach is good as well. They even have a beach terrace where you can sit and chill giving mountain cabin vibes but by the sea. Food is okay besides the breakfast which doesn’t really give you options besides eggs and cooked vegetables which I got tired of during my 7 nights stay. Also I recommend to choose your room not in the main building but...

The hotel is, above all, very quiet and peaceful — definitely more on the small and intimate side. Most of the guests are retired people, which, depending on what you like, can be either a plus or a minus. For me, it was perfect, as there were no children running and screaming everywhere. ( I’m 34) The location is great, right between Sousse and Monastir. A taxi to either city costs around 20–40 dinars...

We had a very good 6-night stay at Hotel Neptunia. The hotel is small and quiet. The service is good. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the towels were changed every day. The food was tasty with many choices of meat, fish, and other dishes. Breakfast had very good pastries and cakes. Drinks were available all the time. The beach is right next to the hotel. The location...

Hotel needs a bit of work/DIY/ etc but it was lovely and quiet and most staff were very nice and helpful. (Lobby staff/management could take some friendly lessons from bar/animation/even the staff that went round to pick up glasses to learn how to talk to guests) Food wasnt great overall but breakfast was good, worth getting out of bed for and no problems with the all inclusive drinks. They do charge...

Well , not bad hotel , the service is very good , but the plan of hotel is not that much good

First of all, we would travel to Tunisia again because it was our third time. We love the country, the weather and even the people. We booked our vacation in October, so it was low season. Perhaps you will get more to offer if you go there in summer. Please don’t take a flight to Tunis, because it’s a long way the get to the hotel (it can be 3 hours). We had a family room with a door between and a...

City Business Monastir Center

Monastir, Habib Bourguiba Avenue (in the centre) 🧭

The room was just awful, we had a "nice view" in to the chicken pit where they make food for you. The AC was not functional, there were only 3 power plugs. The room was probably made out of paper with us being able to hear anything from other rooms. The balcony and wood used on it was probably held on to by zipties painted white if I recall correctly. The staff was alright though they had problem speaking...

As someone else mentioned, I was afraid because of the bad comments but honestly everything was great. My room was on the 5th floor, beautifull, big and clean. My balcony had the pool view. The staff was really friendly and helpfull (although 2 members tried flirting with me, not very professional). There are 2 football practise fields next to the hotel, so some times of the day they can be loud. Also...

Nice hotel, well located and very clean. Only the air conditioner did not work it was very hot in the room. I don't recommend the breakfast at all. Arm yourself with patience to receive the key to your room. Very nice view in the room.

Unfortunately very poor facilities and food I would not recommend this hotel to families

We spent two night here for leisure and I must say that everything was excellent the room was so clear and comfortable. All staff working there are very friendly And respectful with a big smile .very lovely swimming pool with lovely people working there. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some of the others shopping center , restaurant, coffee shop beach etc...I would...

The hotel wasn’t clean, location is good, dinner was paid but they said no the dinner is not included even though it was mentioned in the booking voucher

Hôtel Mezri

Monastir, Route De La Corniche Bp 162 (in the centre) 🧭

Very limited choice in the half-board package, repetitive menu with a choice of only 2 main courses, 2 desserts, and 2 starters...

The middle aged man who served us breakfast very early on Nov. 10 was excellent. So thoughtful and wonderful in serving. On the negative side, the sheets were too small - you ended up sleeping on the mattress (not enough sheet to tuck them in well. It would be wonderful with a chair in the room, not just a stool. Clean and of course, an amazing view of the sea.

The staff was very friendly. I will come back

The rooms were freshly painted and clean. They are very close to the sea and you can go to the beach within a 5-minute walk. You can go to the train station by taxi for 3 Tunisian dinars. The breakfast is adequate, but not a very big one. The price is reasonable for coffee, tea, eggs, margarine, croissants and bread, tomatoes and cheese. The pillows were a bit bad and the receptionist took care of...

The hotel is located right by the sea, only 15 minutes walk to the town centre and train station. Breakfast buffet with great hot coffee and nice light dinner in the restaurant available, also with wine or beer. The hotel is newly renovated and rooms are fresh and clean. The staff in the reception are friendly and helpful, also welcoming staff in the restaurant. You get great value for money.

I really spent a very good vacation in this hotel and it was all because of the animation team who were so nice to us and they made an amazing ambiance especially when they dance But of course there are somethings aren't perfect like the climate and especially the food wasn't that good and sometimes wasn't enough for everyone and also the elevator is scaring honestly But at the end it was a good...

Dar Benti

Monastir, Avenue Mahmoud Bourguiba (in the centre) 🧭

We had an amazing stay at Dar Benti. I cannot praise the hotel and staff enough. The hotel was immaculate and so tastefully decorated, you can see it is the owners pride and joy. Aziz and the team were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing and lots of it. With lots of home made goodies. Bedrooms and bathrooms were of a great size with everything needed. It is right in...

Stunning heritage mansion in a traditional Tunisian style with beautiful courtyard, decor and palatial rooms. The rooftop pool is a dream and the hotel serves delicious and ample breakfasts with great gluten free options included.Absolutely fantastic.

Absolutely wonderful experience with the nicest and most attentive staff. The French breakfast was the best I’ve had on my entire trip. So wonderful and such an elegant hotel.

Fabulous spot, wonderful host - incredibly delicious breakfast. The rooftop pool and lounge area is gorgeous - everything looks like it came straight out an interior design magazine. We really can't say enough about how much we enjoyed this spot.

Lovely place - worth a visit! Kind staff and good service, beautiful rooms and a lovely breakfast! Worth a visit and a good place to disconnect. Thank you very much and hope to be back again soon. ..................................................................................

This was a wonderful find, as other reviewers have said, an exceptional dar tucked away in the ancient city. Very comfortable rooms and living space, excellent breakfast and altogether delightful. A few steps away from the bustling city but extremely quiet. Warm welcome and sorry to leave

Hotel Les Palmiers Beach Holiday Village

Monastir, Route Touristique Skanes (60 min from centre) 🧭

Average. Don’t expect too much. Nice pool though.

Beware of the pool closing at 7pm and a lackadaisical breakfast !! And a half measured attempt of friendliness at the poolside bar and don’t go beyond room 44 if you wanna be close to the pool and be sure to have a connection to leaving by mid day as you’ll be asked to leave by then……..

Swimming pool, no access after 7 pm, which is no good on a hot summer day And last day hotel transfer was 5 hours after you have been kicked out at 12pm so you’re stuck in the lobby without amenities. so you better off making your own way to the airport with a taxi, I reckon.

good for families with children - surrounded by resorts and hotels only. Long way into Monasdir-Center. WLAN should be available in the room, not only in and near the lobby

Very helpful and very kind staff; the hotel itself needs some renovation. Some rooms need a lot better room-to-room sound proofing.

There is a great piscine and a private beach on the Med. The outdoor bar is verynice as is the option to eat the nightly buffet.

Perfect 🌸 Here’s a polished Tripadvisor-style review for you: ⸻ I am currently enjoying my stay at this wonderful hotel in Tunisia and it has exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff have been incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their warmth truly makes the experience special. The hotel is set in a beautiful garden with a lovely...

In my opinion, this hotel is underrated in the reviews. From the moment you enter, you’re greeted by a smiling staff. The food and the waiters are great, but the real stars are the animators and the DJ — they’re doing an amazing job. I’ll definitely come back here again 🙏❤️

The hotel is absolutely fantastic! The staff is amazing – always smiling, friendly, and full of positive energy. There is a wide variety of daily activities and animations, and the evening shows are incredible, with a different theme every night. The music and themed parties are great fun as well. The food is excellent, especially the fresh daily grill with meat and fish. I highly recommend this hotel...

Me and my partner stayed here for a couple of nights to meet up with friends. The hotel is lovely and clean. The old building is basic bedrooms and the new build rooms are lovely and the shower 🚿 wow 😍 There’s no fridge in the room rooms. The staff are friendly the dining area for eating or wide space plenty of room with sea view. The food was lovely plenty of choices even the snacks at 3 pm was nice...
