The staff is great, the hotel is decent but needs a major renovation and refurbishment. However, the value for money is unbeatable.

The hotel was quite nice, maybe old fashion. 2 bars with lots sits and 1 bar next to the pool. Large clean outdoor pool and another pool on the other side of hotel. Great Seaview. Unfortunately, the lift was broken all the time. Food repetitive tasteless. Lots of Polish, French, and Algerians guests (and many Muslim's male couples). There are lots of scammers everywhere, especially taxi drivers next...

Actually the hotel is catastrophic,no wifi no ac. The barmen give you drinks with a scowl face. The perfect thing in it is the animation team, they give the hotel a good vibe i like them. Thanks to ( WESS, WILLY,GRANDI, CELINA, MANINO, RITA and ofc DILA. I think if they gone just close the hotel

I was traveling for the dance festival. Overall the experience during the vacations was good, but there were two big problems. One in the reception. I don't know where the service was taken from, but they were not able to properly organize the room assignments, really. Additionally during checking out they did not want to give us the deposit back!!! claiming that another friend already got it. Finally...

Malek the 1st, amazing host. He is part of the entertainment crew and he made the whole trip enjoyable for everyone. Everything was nice in the room and with the food but nothing compares to the amazing vibe that malek and the rest of the entertainment crew provided.

The hotel is an average hotel, with wonderful staff. The rooms are large and roomy however the AC is very weak and does not cool the room adequately. The food is buffet style with bland food. The location is quite good, with only a 5 min walk to the beach. The hotel is equipped with an outdoor pool, indoor pool and spa. The hotel itself is very old and needs modernising.

I got here not knowing what to expect but it’s been so good! Great atmosphere and the spa was fantastic! I booked 4 sessions and it was worth every penny. The girls are amazing and very welcoming. The massages were just the right pressure and my skin felt amazing! I highly recommend it.

Had a fantastic 10days with the family, the animation team were amazing. Plenty of sports games and entertainment everyday for all ages.

We are here now. Due to go home Saturday. Already looking at coming back soon. This hotel is brilliant. Animation excellent. I only have one bad thing to say is shower changes from hot to clod. The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the place ,The beach is just 5 minutes ,And they have 2 pools ,Outsider and inside one. They also do shows every night for kids mini-disco and then they start with the adults with comedy shows like for example, mouka and pika are the best animation team . I will be back soon

It’s definitely worth the money. The experience was incredible. But the food was the same everyday. Animation team was good especially Dali we like him, he’s so good and we’ll miss him and other ones too. The shows were very good every night.

Great hotel with great staff. Spa was lovely and very accommodating. Rooms are nice and big. Could do with a few wee extras (soaps and shampoos). Hanin has been especially great with our daughter Lily. She has loved dancing and playing with her this week. Will be back soon!

It’s great and amazing here. The food and drinks here are excellent, and the staff are all smiles. The entertainers take wonderful care of the children. I also have to praise today’s doctor, who helped relieve my daughter’s ear pain. The food is delicious—especially the shrimp.

I really enjoyed my one night stay more than I expected to. It was a business trip and I only needed a place to stay the night at a reasonable price, but it was a pleasant stay nonetheless.
