Very good hôtel. I visited it with my wife. We passed a very good Time. We enjoyed the beach, the service provided by the hôtel. It was a very good période. I advice people to book there.

This place is amazing don’t get room 2101 ( the other side) because it was trash the A/C wasn’t working old TV’s from the 1970’s the food was good for me my sister didn’t really like it entertainment 5 stars I had a great time watching it and my sister I made friends it was good I hate that the pool closes at 6:00pm which is not fair although I did like my stay for ten days our room 3070 was nice...

The hotel was quite nice, maybe old fashion. 2 bars with lots sits and 1 bar next to the pool. Large clean outdoor pool and another pool on the other side of hotel. Unfortunately, the lift was broken all the time

Very good, excellent just rooms they need them new TVs they need a fridge. Internet very weak signal thank you for everything. Nice stuff or good stuff very welcome happy people love Tunisia 

Lots of Polish, French, and Algerians guests (and many Muslim's male couples). There are lots of scammers everywhere, especially taxi drivers next to the hotel. You can take a bus for 1 dinnar to another town

And trips from hotel are too expensive. You can go to another town and buy own tickets much cheaper. Eg pirates ship for 40 dinnars. However, it is hard to live without drinkable tap water

The most I will miss is the swimming at the indoor pool. I was a beginner when I stepped into that pool but with the help and guidance of Yaseen the life guard and Moiz I can now swim

Osam every morning saw me walk in and prepared a fresh doughnut for me. All the team in the restaurant was amazing, they always greeted us with a massive smile and were never reluctant to help

Momo, Chica and Meme were always fun to be around. The trip to the Olive festive was a pleasant surprise. Tasting various types of breads and olive oils which was arranged by the hotel staff

Better if made as in other hotels: to issue towels at the cards under a Deposit of 15 euros. Do not be stingy to pay extra for a room with a sea view (and pool view) and above the 1st floor

My husband and myself Just left Royal Thalassa to return home. We are deeply saddened for this holiday to end. I will miss the amazing time I spent at this exceptionally wonderful hotel

Great staff, great food and above all excellent service. Good variety of food dishes that also changed regularly. from the main restaurant However Wasn’t too impressed with Mona restaurant

For the first 2 days we had full access to the pool bar, however after this, due to staff shortages/end of season, this bar was closed and we had to go to the lobby bar for drinks in the day

Interconnecting family room, with pool and beach views, absolutely beautiful. Pools are great and clean, the main pool is divided for babies and adults, with an extra children's pool

In our third day we wanted to venture to the town monastir for shopping. We asked reception for the best way to do this. Getting a taxi is double the cost as the cars only seat 4 passengers

By the pool bar there are lovely paninis and pizzas available 12-5pm, as well as a great lunchtime restaurant selection of chicken, rice,chips,beef, pancakes etc

The waterslide pools are open 10-12 and 3-5pm and were lots of fun for all, including a small slide for young children

Big praise to lobby barman hassan "why not" who ensured every single day was a highlight for my children especially my son, with his silly dances! The hotel animation are great (sorry only remember the name of zazu) and work incredibly hard, without a single day off in the entire week they were there

Animation great Thanks to Simo and team. Food not very good, plates and cups in the restaurant are too old and look dirty even when washed. Beach great, clean. Pool experience was nice

We spent a week at Vincci Helya Beach hotel and had a great time. The hotel itself is good and rooms are ok

Food is excellent, toilets are very clean, animation team is fantastic, we have games every hour. Pools are very clean but the beach is not. There were jellyfishes 2 days and the sea wasn’t clean

Well, now what's not good, the swimming pool is too small, and not enough for adults, there are two more for children, which adults don't use, outside at least just as small and useless for so many people, nothing happens on the beach, the bar on the beach is mostly empty, because only sodas are served, while next to the ones organized in Sahara, ours from Tropicana are cleaning and that's just one...

The food is quite good, and the beaches are okay, although there are a few broken sunbeds. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly

The location is not ideal because there’s nothing nearby, but the atmosphere and the rooms are fine. The sea was terrible at the end of July, with lots of jellyfish, dirt, and sea plants. Overall, the hotel is excellent

The pools are great, and there are often dance shows, theater performances, and other entertainment. The bars are excellent, and the drinks are really good

I do not know what planet these people with the negative reviews are from - perhaps if they had a better attitude they would find things more enjoyable instead of finding things to criticise! I stayed at this hotel in April 2017 with my sister for a week and we had a splendid time

The staff go above and beyond. The animation team were spectacular and always got everyone involved. There were 3 meals provided everyday and mid afternoon there were pizza and pancakes too

Drinks were available all through the day. My room was very spacious and had a balcony. The beach is just across the road down a short path and on the beach there is also a bar all part of the inclusive package

staff are great, so is animation team. Food is repetitive, however good choice of salads. Only vending machine hot drinks, so missed having good tea and coffee. loved the pool, a lot of space around the pool to lounge

Entertainment was on every night and various activities during the day. Some of the reviews on here I can't quite believe as my experience was amazing

The safety measures in place gave us peace of mind, allowing us to fully indulge in the fun. 3-There was also a relaxing pool far from the kids slide water pool

They were also serving early breakfast for people who were fasting at 4am then open again for the usual breakfast time that starts from 7am to 10am

The hotel was far from the airport but it was worth the drive, the beach was right by the hotel, the staffs are absolutely pleasant , English wasn't too good but they all tried to communicate

Its one of amazing place in Tunis the hotel are old little bit but have a amazing stuff and very nice architecture with indoor and outdoor pool with private beach and food are great

The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the place ,The beach is just 5 minutes ,And they have 2 pools ,Outsider and inside one

They also do shows every night for kids mini-disco and then they start with the adults with comedy shows like for example, mouka and pika are the best animation team

very lovely swimming pool with lovely people working there. The location of the hotel is quite close to my destination as well as some of the others shopping center , restaurant, coffee shop beach etc

The room was just awful, we had a "nice view" in to the chicken pit where they make food for you. The AC was not functional, there were only 3 power plugs

Also the hotel bar by the pool. Super loud music until 1am (sharp). I was in a good mood and I didn't mind and the music playing was great but some people want to go back to their rooms to rest

The staff was really friendly and helpfull (although 2 members tried flirting with me, not very professional). There are 2 football practise fields next to the hotel, so some times of the day they can be loud

Even on the 5th floor it was super loud. Walking distance to everything. Overall great stay, great hotel! Great value for money. 10/10 would stay again if I get the chance

As someone else mentioned, I was afraid because of the bad comments but honestly everything was great. My room was on the 5th floor, beautifull, big and clean

It’s definitely worth the money. The experience was incredible. But the food was the same everyday. Animation team was good especially Dali we like him, he’s so good and we’ll miss him and other ones too

The hotel is not bad, but 4 * does not pull. Our whole holiday was pulled out by the guys-animators. Attentive, positive, courteous and… incendiary!!! In general, you won't be bored

You guys are awesome!!! I would also like to mention the bartender Karim, who always surprised me with delicious and varied cocktails and excellent coffee preparation!

I would especially like to mention the animators Joe and Ahmed Ali - they are very pleasant in communication, tactful and always ready to help if something was needed

Well, if you expect luxury and you plan on staying in, and for an extended period, I don’t think this is for you. But, it is a pretty decent hotel, at a very reasonable price

Pros: friendly staff, very reasonable price, close to airport and train station, two bottles of water offered in the room, toiletry and towels provided

Overall, it's a decent hotel at a reasonable price, I'd recommend it for short stays if you don't seek luxury or sophistication

Also the rooms could use a bit more cleaning. It's Autumn, so flies outside (on tge terrace) were so annoying

Spa was lovely and very accommodating. Could do with a few wee extras (soaps and shampoos). Hanin has been especially great with our daughter Lily. She has loved dancing and playing with her this week

The food and drinks here are excellent, and the staff are all smiles. The entertainers take wonderful care of the children. I also have to praise today’s doctor, who helped relieve my daughter’s ear pain

The animators are AMAZING! Special mention to smile he goes above and beyond for everyone. They interact with the kids really well. The food choices are good and rooms are cleaned everyday to a high standard

We had a wonderful stay at Sahara Beach and would happily return. The hotel and pools were kept super clean throughout our stay, which made it really relaxing as a family holiday

What an incredible hotel, very clean, the animation team go out of their way to make sure you’re having a good time and somehow include all guests! The facilities were brilliant, the food was absolutely delicious and different choices each night, the desserts were a little on the plain side but this wasn’t an issue

We had a fantastic honeymoon here. Staff were great and the food was top quality. The beach and the warm sea was so nice and chilled out and the pools are good and clean

The entertainment was okay, something different each night! You didn’t hear much if any noise in your room so this was brilliant when it came to going to sleep! Lovely clean beach, they even picked up bits of sea ****! Gift shop had most things you needed too and was a fair price! The hotel offered activities and had a very good selection which took you from the hotel to the destination and returned...

The outdoor pool was a little chilly in October, but with temperatures reaching around 38°C most days, it wasn’t really a problem! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they were absolutely brilliant with my little girl, which made the trip even more special

The hotel staff help every morning with mattresses and sunbeds, and the beach is cleaned daily. The water is shallow and clear, with no rubbish around. The pool area is also very nice

Staff is very nice and friendly. Location is good and the beach is good as well. They even have a beach terrace where you can sit and chill giving mountain cabin vibes but by the sea

A taxi to either city costs around 20–40 dinars one way, and there’s plenty to see around. The beach is beautiful — sandy, clean, and well maintained

Also I recommend to choose your room not in the main building but in the second one cause it’s further away from any noise that can happen from other tourists staying and drinking at the bar which is open until 12 am btw

The hotel is, above all, very quiet and peaceful — definitely more on the small and intimate side. Most of the guests are retired people, which, depending on what you like, can be either a plus or a minus

There’s space for both kids and adults, and I really liked that one part is 2 meters deep, so you can actually swim properly. As for the entertainment — that’s where things really need improvement

There is a great piscine and a private beach on the Med. The outdoor bar is verynice as is the option to eat the nightly buffet.

Beware of the pool closing at 7pm and a lackadaisical breakfast !! And a half measured attempt of friendliness at the poolside bar and don’t go beyond room 44 if you wanna be close to the pool and be sure to have a connection to leaving by mid day as you’ll be asked to leave by then……

Very helpful and very kind staff; the hotel itself needs some renovation. Some rooms need a lot better room-to-room sound proofing.

Had a brilliant time, some of the staff went above and beyond to satisfy and it made for a great holiday, if you love staying in the hotel then you will love the place, if you like to go on excursions it is limited

Camel rides and the pirate boat half day are a must, I have never had a boat trip as good as that in my life and that is something I do every trip. Party boat central and everyone has to be involved or you face a forfeit

Excellent family hotel, the food is delicious, varied, the animation works with a bang!

The rooms were freshly painted and clean. They are very close to the sea and you can go to the beach within a 5-minute walk. You can go to the train station by taxi for 3 Tunisian dinars

The hotel is located right by the sea, only 15 minutes walk to the town centre and train station. Breakfast buffet with great hot coffee and nice light dinner in the restaurant available, also with wine or beer

Clean and of course, an amazing view of the sea

Everything was great in my stay. Big room, confortable bed, beautiful view. Nice breakfast and kind staff. Great value for money

On the negative side, the sheets were too small - you ended up sleeping on the mattress (not enough sheet to tuck them in well. It would be wonderful with a chair in the room, not just a stool
