The food is great, the room is always clean, the toilets too, the air conditioner, although the hotel one worked great for us. The view from the terrace is wonderful. Well, now what's not good, the swimming pool is too small, and not enough for adults, there are two more for children, which adults don't use, outside at least just as small and useless for so many people, nothing happens on the beach, the bar on the beach is mostly empty, because only sodas are served, while next to the ones organized in Sahara, ours from Tropicana are cleaning and that's just one piece of seaweed on the beach. The canteen is very small for so many people in the hotel

For us, the worst hotel we have visited. The second day we were robbed at the hotel, €200 was stolen from our wallet, and of course they are not sure who could have done it. The workers at the reception are extremely rude and arrogant, if you haven't tipped them they treat you even worse, so you will probably get a room with ants or other bugs. As for the workers in the bars, they are very kind and correct, the workers in the restaurant as well. The food is spicy and monotonous, almost impossible to eat. The snack is bad and it's the same every day. Definitely a place to avoid. Carry everything valuable to you with you.

We had the most beautiful view, which we paid extra for. If you’re coming here, definitely do the same — you won’t regret it. The pools are great, and there are often dance shows, theater performances, and other entertainment. The bars are excellent, and the drinks are really good. The food is quite good, and the beaches are okay, although there are a few broken sunbeds. The service is excellent and the staff are very friendly. The location is not ideal because there’s nothing nearby, but the atmosphere and the rooms are fine. The sea was terrible at the end of July, with lots of jellyfish, dirt, and sea plants. Overall, the hotel is excellent.

The place needs a serious remodeling, it is old and dirty. We know we came to a 3 star hotel but this is lower than 3 stars.
Rooms:very old, no sound insulation at all, bathrooms are so old they cannot be cleaned properly so it is very dirty after all the effort if the nice cleaning ladies.
Air conditioner on out balcony was placed low on the floor blowing to the chairs and the table, so you cannot use the balcony. Power jack of the AC is so old it is broken and you can touch the wires.
Food: not bad at all, but same or similar every day. At peak season there are long lines for everything.
Staff:mostly pleasant and willing to help. Animayion team is great and trying their best to please, they are the only bright thing here. And they are great with kids.
Pool bar (older) guy cheats on price when you buy drinks (that are not in the all inclusive offer)
No AC in the restaurant! We were melting on 43C for days!
On their website they say the "burkini" is forbidden, but that is not true. Many local women are in burkinis and even shoes in the pool.
I don't need some exclusive hotel , but it has to be CLEAN!

Food is excellent, toilets are very clean, animation team is fantastic, we have games every hour. Pools are very clean but the beach is not. There were jellyfishes 2 days and the sea wasn’t clean. You have several atractions such as parasailing, jet ski, horse riding, camels… I love it! It is 25 min from Sousse. Special praise to the animators: Viki, Katy, Kristina, Billy, Djo and Zico who brightened our vacation! They are so dedicated and adorable! They have great choreography and are very dedicated to tourists!

I do not know what planet these people with the negative reviews are from - perhaps if they had a better attitude they would find things more enjoyable instead of finding things to criticise!
I stayed at this hotel in April 2017 with my sister for a week and we had a splendid time. The hotel is lovely, the staff were all pleasant, helpful and friendly - we always smiled and said hello too!
The food was delicious - varied, fresh, colourful, interesting and tasty.
The Animation Team were great and really try and get everyone involved - but will leave you alone if you are not interested - always with a smile.
And special thanks to Ali, the barman who was extremely efficient and really good fun. I, for one, will definitely return :)
