Lovely hotel and staff member ishim, not sure if spelt correctly works behind the bar on an evening, absolutely spot on bloke you couldn’t ask for a better host always greeted with a smile on his face and always happy to help. Najib, who works on the Entertainment side for the hotel again always offering good knowledge of the area with always a happy greeting throughout the day. The hotel is kept at a high standard which is always good to experience. The food is a choice that is more oriented towards the French as there is a higher ratio to British visitors. Kids food options isn’t very good and if this was looked at, it would give the hotel a boost as it’s the only thing that lets it down. Otherwise it’s a nice hotel to relax. Will definitely be returning.

A beautiful beachfront setting with clean private beach, on-site water park and the daily entertainment. Friendly, helpful staff and great, attentative animation team speaking French, English and German. The restaurant serves a diverse selection of local and international dishes. The hotel offers a variety of interesting excursions (Sahara, Carthage...) through partners TUI and MTS Globe.

We had a really great time at Club Salammbo. Everything was on point – the atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience. The staff were friendly and everything was well organized. We truly enjoyed our time there and would definitely recommend it!

Lovely resort right on the beach. Loads of activities, right on the beach. Went just at the start of the season before it gets really busy and before it got too hot. I'm from Scotland so there is only so much I heat I can manage. Most of the entertainment staff are fucus around the French guests, but on entertainment member for the hotel, Nejib was great with everyone and made everyone feel so welcome. I would definitely come again

A lovely stay with family for a week. Weather was perfect. Rooms and resort were very clean. Staff all very friendly. Good selection of food for all meals. Animation team were amazing and very friendly. Nejib was great fun and very friendly and helpful. Loads of great activities and games. Would recommend this for a great holiday.

the hotel is very nice big at the pool is alot of activities during hot weather also during 8 pm to midnight nice mini disco the room is nice hotel is pretty clean its very noisy during the day but at night its nice and peaceful service was amazing 10/10 all of the staff was really nice aspecially Najib best animator in the whole hotel but the cleaners on our leavers day cept comming into our room even though we were allowed to stay till 12:30 in the afternoon sea is also very close and clean

Pros *On the beach (beautiful sandy beach) *clean sea *overall cute and nice resort. *Friendly staff *good A/C in room *Food wasn't great the first 2 days but it picked up in quality after *No cash machines in the resort but you can get cash from the bazaar inside the resort *great water park with slides for kids of all ages. Cons *Even though I knew it's a French speaking country I found it's not inclusive of non French people. French people have a different colour bracelet so they get spotted amongst everyone else. They were told about the entertainment first and If the arena didn't get full up they would extend the invitation to everyone else. I didn't like that but fortunately I had a 2 yo and we would have not being able to see the whole show anyway. I just wish it was specified that caters more for French people than anyone else. *All inclusive Cocktails aren't great *Guests leave rubbish on the beach ( I guess this is not the resorts fault if people are dirty) *No fridge in room *£10 deposit per beach towel *no ATM nearby *can't pay anything by card *Free WiFi but not great around the resort *mattress was a bit uncomfortable * during meal times there were never glasses on the table. *pictures on TripAdvisor show little cabana beds on the beach. They are actually not there. They are only part of an a la carte restaurant inside the resort so you have to pay the meal to have the cabanas. All in all we had a good holiday but I wouldn't book this resort again. There are other resorts that cater for English speaking people also so I suggest (if you do wanna enjoy evening entertainment) that you look elsewhere.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The animation and entertainment were terrible, and if you speak English, you are largely ignored—unless it involves taking your money. Staff were never helpful, but always ready to charge for something. Nino from animation team was the only one speaking with all guests. Avoid Adelle and avoid booking the restaurant. The food is very poor and overpriced. On our last day, I requested a late check-out. I was told it would be fine, but at the last minute they refused. There were no facilities offered for us to shower before our flight, and while we waited at reception, the staff completely ignored us. This hotel should honestly be advertised as catering only to French guests. I have no issue with that, but if the hotel is not able to properly host English-speaking visitors, they should not take their money. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not return
