It was one of the best stay in Hammamet! I literally felt like home! The vibe is very friendly the staff are too kind the director and her husband were very welcome! And the beach is Ouf we got tanned in the end of October 🥹

The pool and beach were amazing, lots of activities if you wish to join in e.g. aqua aerobics, stretch class, fire show and other entertainment throughout the day / evening. I would say 70% of the staff were absolutely lovely, some seemed to hate every second. I think they like you more if you’re French (that’s the vibe we got anyway). The room was average. Very good hotel and very helpful staff who can easily communicate in English, French or Arabic. Has its own beach with beach bar right at the back gates so you don't need to go far for 6am morning swim or to see the sun rise. I visited Samira Club in August 2025. It was one of the best experiences I had. It says 3 stars, but in fact the services Samira Club provided is 5 stars. The rooms were dated, shower very poor pressure, aircon was adequate for October probably not for high season. Food was very repetitive and did not cater very well to fussy eaters. The salad bar was ok but again repetitive. The waiting staff are attentive. The pool was cold but we were visiting in October, there were adequate beds but a lot under shaded areas. Average room. Small shower room. Was hot and although AC is in the room, they consider the weather to be mild. For a European, it was hot. Breakfast buffet is ample. Worth crazing over before day out. Reasonable price and staff helpful and suggest a town 30 mins in the taxi.

The best hotel in Tunisia, we came back here after 3 years for the second time with all family. The best animation team, we were suprised that there is also czech animator, all of the animators have great energy , you will not be bored here, they have program for all day long and every night there is some show. Also they have a bingo and tombola and you can win nice gifts. We were in Africa for 5 times...

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Staff are lovely and involved. They help with queries and in general made me feel welcome. Rooms are outdated but kept very clean. All appliances was in working order. I would like to say special thank you to animation team especially to Nela, never experienced anything like this before. They connected with kids, you can se kids were running to they for a cuddle...

We've stayed at this hotel twice. The first time was in 2019, when I booked a 10-night tour from Krasnodar. The second time, we booked a 2-night stay from Tunisia. We chose this hotel based on its location and price. It certainly won't give you a "wow" feeling. It's a budget 3-star hotel. The place, room, bathroom, and bed were all very clean and smelled wonderful. The restaurant staff were attentive, and the food was delicious. The lobby was beautifully decorated. The chairs near the lobby entrance were very comfortable; it was lovely to sit there and soak up the sun in winter. Transportation was very convenient; there were public buses that went directly to the hotel.

How clean this hotel is. It’s way more cleaner than the four or five stars hotel in Hammamet. People are nice and willing to help. If you looking for a good place for stay for few days. Highly recommended.

The location is about a 20-minute walk from the tourist area, which is acceptable. The room size and cleanliness are acceptable. I was hesitant to use the hairdryer. The bathroom does not provide basic shower gel, shampoo, or even hand soap or hand sanitizer, so you need to bring your own. The staff are friendly, the decor is beautiful, and breakfast is basic.

We have had a great holiday at Belair hotel in Rhodes. It’s very clean, lots of different options of food from different cultures as well as Traditional Greek cuisine. All the staff were very friendly and informative when helping to arrange tours. Diego the entertainer was fun, bubbly and outgoing always making people smile by the pool. We stayed here in 2011, had a really nice time, hotel was lovely, pool was great and staff were really nice. Dissapointed to read so many negative comments now and how bad it's become. The only negative thing I say was the annoying salesman in the shop inside the hotel....con artist! The hotel itself is in a really poor area. Visit - 3nd week of October 2019, good weather but I would recommend going at the beginning of October for good weather everyday. But it was not busy or packed there was about 20 of us and I ended up having the pools to myself most days it was so nice. I actually like the room although there is a lot of sacrifices like there is no TV or even sometimes the heating system stops working suddenly ( i were in winter ) and the reception was kind but don’t take care a lot about our complains but overall i like it compared to the price

I visited the hotel beach and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the staff. They are very warm and very helpful. The place is called Mermaid and the hotel offers a free shuttle I think. It also offers magnificent evenings.

The stay at the hotel was great. The rooms are clean and the service is excellent. The food is good and really varied. The staff is wonderful, maids, entertainers, receptionists as well as waiters, they are all great. The animators are the best part of this hotel! They are always there for you, offering lots of games and activities (ping-pong, beach volleyball, darts, yoga, aerobics, etc.), and it's impossible to be bored with them around.
