We had a great rest and oh-oh-very tasty food! The hotel is generous with gifts, especially on personal and family holidays. The sea is magical with a sandy beach

Good location. Hotel clean and staff at the reception excellent and easygoing, always with a smile and kindness. Massage also incredible. Food could be a bit better, everything else was perfect!

On the way, on the right side there is a field with rubbish) The view was a little sad, but not critical. In principle, in Tunisia, outside the hotel, there are many places like this

Especially considering the fact that the tour was purchased at a very modest price. Pleased with the room (lived in the Suite). The check-in was a little crumpled

Apart from the fact that they don’t provide daily water in half board accommodation and you should pay for it on meals! Every other thing is superb

I am staying here for the fifth time. Nice rooms, beautiful green area. Own sandy beach, the entrance to the sea is gentle. The food is excellent. Suitable for families with children and people with disabilities.

A beautiful stay at this lovely hotel ,from the reception staff to all the bar staff and a fabulous entertainment staff ,very clean and welcoming would definitely recommend to others and will definitely be coming back soon,djambo is a real star and so is beka ,pools are amazing and the food was very nice also

The entainment is fantastic the beach is stunning it's a very friendly atmosphere and the staff is polite and friendly we have and a very fantastic holiday the rooms are clean and the cleaners always sort rooms out if needed

The staff are as amazing as always and good to see familiar and new faces. The beach is beautiful and the work done to sort it after the storms few months back you wouldn't have known there was damage

The weather was not great, but our rooms were heated & water was hot , we had a garden view, & beyond that we could see the beach

Great family holiday! As soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the loveliest of staff, taken to our rooms within half an hour, which was great as we arrived in the morning, sometimes we have not been allocated until at least 15:00

But after the 1st 3 days we were practically living off bread and chips and plain noodles. The food consisted of Calf kidney and veal liver everyday. I asked if there was chicken or beef as there had been previous years

There are so many people who return to this hotel time and time again and something simple as food could cost returning clients. Thank you for fixing the issue for us. As for the rest of the hotel

5 hours after your arrival you'll have difficulty getting a drink, leaving and re-entering the hotel, or going swimming on the private beach

Positive things are that you can walk to the marina, there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The beach is right across the hotel and personally I preferred it more than the pool, although the majority used the pools

On several occasions, including once when I asked for water, they responded in a dismissive manner while standing and chatting among themselves and I was treated as if it wasn’t their responsibility

They also seemed disrespectful toward their own staff. Leadership should be about setting an example and prioritizing guests, which unfortunately was lacking. the restaurant management needs serious improvement

Sea was calm enough to swim this time, but there were medusas so you might have to watch out. The water isn’t very deep so it’s good for those with kids. Drinks at the beach were basic, but for me that was fine

The room was comfortable with a nice balcony, and almost all staff members were pleasant and helpful. The only disappointing part was the restaurant management—not the waiters

Les Orangers hotel at Hammamet is one of the top All-inclusive hotel, where the beach is outstanding, the variety of food is amazing and the personnel is welcoming! I highly recommend it to any visitors to Hammamet!

I am currently here in this amazing hotel. I read the negative reviews before I arrived and was dreading it. I am pleasantly impressed with this hotel

While the choice isn’t overwhelming like some all-inclusive hotels, everything that is offered is done exceptionally well. The pool and beach areas were spotless, very well maintained, and had a calm, relaxed atmosphere

The waiter service directly to your sunbed was another great touch and added to the overall luxury feel. The vibe of the hotel is peaceful and relaxed, which we loved

The beach had discreet security which meant you could properly unwind without being approached constantly by sellers

It’s ideal if you’re looking to switch off and enjoy a quieter atmosphere but you also have access to the neighbouring 4-star hotel if you want something a bit more lively or have children with you

It was one of the best stay in Hammamet! I literally felt like home! The vibe is very friendly the staff are too kind the director and her husband were very welcome! And the beach is Ouf we got tanned in the end of October 🥹

Bring your own hair dryer and towel! You have to pay a €20 deposit for the hair dryer and the towels never dry. Overall, the place was clean and we really enjoyed relaxing, playing tennis and meeting other guests

The pool and beach were amazing, lots of activities if you wish to join in e. aqua aerobics, stretch class, fire show and other entertainment throughout the day / evening

Very good hotel and very helpful staff who can easily communicate in English, French or Arabic

However 7pm is quite late for dinner and since they only had one restaurant on sight everyone barged in at once with long ques. There’s not much to do in the evenings and the hotel is surrounded by other hotels

The staff were really helpful when we arrived and the balcony door was broken, they allowed us to move rooms straight away. The food was great to be honest. Most of it was really fresh and good variety

If you are like my family who like to chillax at the beach and sip cold drinks and just lazy out for a week and enjoy the spa. Even their buffet is great and i am a picky eater

went to check in, but immediately we were given our all inclusive bands, luggage stored safely and told to go and get dinner, and check in after (as dinner service stopped at 9pm)

I booked this holiday nearly a year ago. we wanted somewhere different, not a common brit holiday destination. the closer it got, the more I worried though

We ended our stay asking for a photo shoot with him, around the hotel, and on the beach. 150 digital images, and all of them are beautiful! Wasn't expensive either

There are a couple of points that could be improved. The food choice was a bit limited, especially for longer stays, and the swimming pool is quite small when the hotel is busy

Our bungalow room has loose curtain rails, loose soap dispensers, little holes in the curtains and the minibar fridge was rusty - not what you expect from 5* accommodation

Nothing unique, restaurant was nice, buffet was laid out very well and staff very nice, not all speak english, so there was some issues with languages

The Breakfast and the Dinner were good and variants ( different types of Fish, All kind of beef, traditionnal recipies, and much more. The outside swimming pool is big and has a beautiful waterfall

The indoor pool was warm with a relaxing parfum coming from SPA Rooms. I diffently recommand The Russelior Hotel :)

I got one of the best views of the hotel and I'm really thankful to Mme Amel who's been really kind and helpful not only with me but with all the guests. As usual, Tunisia is a great place for leisure

Always a great time at the Russelior my 2nd stay since I love it so much the first time i decided to stay 10 nights. Everything is perfect the pools the staff the spa it is so clean and really deserves the 5 star

Please be aware that if you try to use the beach, you will be hounded by camel & horse riders, who will pester you even if you are trying to enjoy a little stroll or quiet time

The nearest beach isn't the best for swimming, but some gentle areas can be found

This hotel is in a place which is near to shopping malls, various attractions, and the seafront and marinas are within approximately 10 mins walking distance

There was something that resembled a few slices of pizza, which was seen outside one day in between the dining hours. This fell quite short of the regular 'snack bar' which is common at all inclusive resorts

Breakfast the next morning was not inspiring, but by lunch time, the meals seemed to improve. In the bedroom, there was a kettle, and some very weak tea bags, with no milk or sugar

The hotel is in a good location, with several restaurants at the door. The facilities are a bit old, there is no toothpaste and toothbrush, so you need to prepare them yourself. The swimming pool environment is very good

I didn’t have a good experience at this Hotel. Stayed 12 days on a business trip and many of these days I arrived after work with no towels, no shampoo, or no laundry bag

A variety of dishes, salads, soups, deserts… however the service was not as good as it was. I had to call the reception multiple times to come and fix my bed, in the end I had to go the reception myself

No soft drinks in fridge in room. Food was repetitive. Not enough sun beds around pools. No adult only pool.

Staff were nice espically resturant staff. There was a few fruit flies around though during the dinner and breakfast

We really liked the hotel, but there were a few issues, such as the lack of toothbrushes and toothpaste in the room, the towels weren't always clean, and housekeeping wasn't regularly scheduled

Rooms were modern, beach was wonderful for a walk and peaceful rest, personnel was showing extra care, we didn't see such care in any hotel of Tunisia so far

The taxi the hotel ordered was double the price of the taxi we got to the hotel which seemed pretty wrong

Accommodation bungalows are cleaned and tidy every day. Food is very tasty - there is always plenty of food to choose from. The pool is always clean, the beach is nice

I visited Samira Club in August 2025. It was one of the best experiences I had. It says 3 stars, but in fact the services Samira Club provided is 5 stars. I am not sure why it is not 5 star holiday destination

The chairs & sofas are comfortable to sit in and it’s a lovely relaxing area to sit drinking coffee and watching the world go by. It can be a little cooler in there and a bit echoey at times, but still very nice

One evening we experienced exceptionally heavy rain and has to exit the à la carte restaurant (which is a separate building), via the kitchen to return to the main hotel and I’m delighted to say that the kitchens are also spotlessly clean and the staff were very suitable dressed for good preparation

The food is all freshly prepared and beautifully cooked with a huge range of fresh vegetables and fruit. The salad bar is also excellent and the grill offers freshly prepared items for all meals

The balcony is of a very good size with 2 chairs, large table & a drying rack for clothes. The bathroom is well equipped with good lighting and the wc is in a separate room

The staff are happy to cook any special dietary requirements or preferences which you may require. The restaurant is kept very clean

The rooms, though a little dated, are spacious, offering lots of storage and kept spotless clean by the hardworking cleaning staff

I went here as a single mum with my 2 daughters. I was a bit worried but booked everything with on the beach (though luggage wasn't apparently included) The hotel is just amazing

I was particularly thankful to the man behind the outside bar making me special coffees and the children's team Zayneb, Foopa and Sonni who made my daughter's holiday! My youngest cried leaving as she loved Zayneb! The hotel outside is immaculate, could use a bathroom refurb in our room but believe they are doing this now

It was end of season and must hadn't had time off in months yet couldn't do enough for guests! From reception to cleaners, restaurant staff, children's and animation team! All go above and beyond

He possibly set up up by telling a friend to meet us and say he worked at the hotel and led me to all his friends in the Medina to rip me off

Over the years I have stayed at many all inclusive resorts in Egypt for example, & therefore consider myself a good judge of presentation & standards. Nozha Beach comes out high in every aspect

Cleanliness of the whole resort is immaculate constant patrolling of the grounds, pool area & beach is on going, not one piece of litter in site or empty glasses & grubby tables

I have been meaning to write another review after my holiday at the outstanding Hotel Diar Lemdina, I stayed at the hotel in may and had the best time, me and my mum returned in September and wow what an amazing holiday we both had

We arrived on Sunday the 28th September, my mum hadn't been to the hotel before, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the girl at the reception remembered me and we got a stunning suite to spend our holiday in

I think this hotel is overrated It’s barley 3 stars and with least amenities Location is good Breakfast and dinner are basic and not upto expectations Away of beach and with moderate pools

The hotel suite had three spacious rooms, and the buffet dinner was incredibly abundant. There were many traditional dishes, all to our liking. Plus, we could order local wines and beers – everything was fantastic!

The architecture is stunning, with a charming traditional style that makes you feel as if you’re walking through an authentic Medina. A beautiful place with excellent hospitality

Excellent food varieties, delicious meals, good reception. Warmly welcomed by Georgina, lots of entertainment, Clean rooms. I do recommend for others. Affordable price.
