The hotel is in great location, walking distance from the beach and shops nearby. We spent 9 days in the hotel and the experience was good overall. The rooms are not the most luxurious and littlw out dated, but you have to expect what you pay for. It is not a 5 star. Our room was cleaned every day and the cleaner also formed butterflies from the clothes left on the bed. Due to the climat and being located on the groundfloor we found occasional bugs but this had nothing to do with cleaning issue. The staff is ok, some happier than other. The kitchen team was great. The animation team was excellent. They really make a difference to the hotel. Zodiac hotel has a private beach which is about 10 mins walk from the hotel. It is ok but the all inclusive does not valid there. Overall the hotel is good value for money.

Had the best holiday at Zodiac , we as a family love this hotel it offers great facilities for kids the pools are fantastic and kept clean and tidy , the animation team are the best, shout out Dido Bella and Barbie 🙌🏽 the food is gorgeous different themes every night , pool party on a Thursday is a big hit with my kids also , the staff at this hotel are great this is our third time staying at Zodiac thanks guys for another brilliant summer holiday see use again soon ❤️ 🏖️

I was with my family on this hotel and it was a terrible experience. We stayed regarding the dining service and the resort's hygiene. With the all inclusive package, there were flies on the food, the plates were chipped and unwashed and the glasses were broken. The children contracted food poisoning that was difficult to treat.

Here is an honest review … take the positives and negatives and make your own judgement ! I am here now and I can honestly say the hotel is great it’s spacious without being HUGE the splash park is fab …it’s clean and some parts are dated but when things break it’s fixed straight away …. Here’s the negatives !!! If you’re not French … you are invisible !! NOT ONE entertainment team has spoken to us in the whole time … not even a hello !! We have a child so I would have thought at least they would try to include her alas she is not French either … and the French well you’d think they were royalty they push / take and are generally down right rude. The upside to this the pool bar staff are great Kaleen is fabulous with a smile And some wit at all times of the day and Ali in the pool staff again amazing and friendly at least engaging in a conversation at times … … back to the negatives …Reception WOW if you don’t deal in Euros you are literally up the creek without a padel … anyway great hotel and could be amazing … would I come back no I doubt it .. one other positive - food was pretty decent at all times of the day !!

The accommodation was terrible, nothing like what was shown on the website. The first night we were given a room that smelled of mold and dampness, with dirty bed linen and towels, and a filthy toilet seat. In the morning we asked for a replacement and were given a room next to the pool, where loud music played all day long, even though we had emphasized that we were traveling with a small child and needed peace and quiet. Due to the process of changing rooms, we didn’t get a proper room until the afternoon of the second day — that one was clean, and we stayed there until the end.
The food at the hotel was terrible — moldy (salads) and dirty (there was mud in the fruit section). Our vacation was ruined because of all the issues with the accommodation and the illness that resulted from the filth, the likes of which I have never seen before. Cats roam freely around the restaurant, climbing on everything and leaving their hair everywhere. They even climb onto the griddles where pancakes are made for snacks, and no one seems to care. In the children’s pool, we repeatedly stepped on sharp, broken tiles at the bottom, which could easily cause injuries. The pools are not cleaned, and the bottom is covered with sand.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. First of all, the room I received was nothing like the photos online. The furniture and equipment looked old and unattractive, and the overall appearance was not what I expected.
The hair dryer worked for only one minute before stopping, which was very frustrating. There were no electrical outlets in the room, only one inside the toilet, so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. This is very inconvenient and unsafe.
Overall, the room was uncomfortable and poorly equipped. I would not stay here again, and I do not recommend this hotel.

Average hotel in general. door guards not good at dealing with customers, but the receptionist was good. The rooms are also acceptable, but cleaning lady looks always like angry. normal food with limited choices and no open buffet. You have to order what you want with yoThe indoor pool is bit small and not very hot. generally acceptable, there is no animation at night

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel, it's a 2 in all honesty. The staff in the main are rude and exceptionally unhelpful, especially the hotel reception staff. The pool/ entertainment team are over bearing and wont leave you alone. They just sit with you and your family and drink beer and smoke cigarettes.
The rooms if updated and cleaned would be nice. However, they are neither leaving you with a tatty room.
The pool bar serves drinks that are supposed to be alcohol but are just syrup. You can of course pay for premium drinks at £4 a go.
If breakfast is your thing avoid. The food at breakfast was exactly the same every day and was horrendous. The lunches and evening meals were better, but they serve you the food, a bit like I imagine a prison canteen to do.
Without doubt the shining light of the hotel is the beach bar, food and service is amazing. You have to pay as not included in the all inclusive. But definitely worth the money.
The waterside are only open for certain sections of the day, meaning when they do open, they are very busy, and not always supervised, with kids just throwing themselves down one after another, not safe.

Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay. The pools and water slides are nice and well maintained. However, the amount of food served was not great — they give very small portions, and if you ask for more, they say no and look at you unpleasantly.
Make sure to bring your own beach towels and bathroom essentials, as they don’t provide soap and towels seem to be in short supply. For a room of four people, we only had two towels.
The food isn’t very tasty, but for the price, it’s more or less what we expected. The entertainment team and animators do try hard and make an effort to keep guests engaged.
