Consists of one 1-storey building (without numbers) and complex 1-storey cottages.

Memories from the hotel really good. Food excellent service in the restaurant pleasant very good food. I will definitely come back to this hotel. The animations were really interesting, but I have reservations about two animators. I don't remember their names exactly, but they are dark soon. They came up every now and then and tried to persuade me and my friend to go out to a disco and take some walks around the city. They said that they fell in love with us, we came to relax, not to have an affair.

A super hotel ! Nice place , nice food ! Everybody nice ! We had a faboulous time ! But one Animateur was not so nice, was comming and flirting with us . Like we saw , we were not the only one . He wanted to meet us after the Shows in the night . Like other women ! Bei careful Ladys!

Very nice hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Accommodation bungalows are cleaned and tidy every day. Food is very tasty - there is always plenty of food to choose from. The pool is always clean, the beach is nice. The overall atmosphere in the hotel is very pleasant. The staff is always smiling. I have been to the hotel six times and I will definitely come back. I recommend the hotel for a pleasant holiday.

I visited Samira Club in August 2025. It was one of the best experiences I had. It says 3 stars, but in fact the services Samira Club provided is 5 stars. I am not sure why it is not 5 star holiday destination. Perfect location. Lovely staff. Clean rooms. Sheets and towels changed every day. Domestic wipe the room daily. The food is so brilliant, variety of food selections. 2 Water slides locations, on the beach so you do not need to travel to the beach, few swimming pools. Daily evening entertainment. Ice cream 24 hours, snack bar 24 hours. Taxi ride to the nearest shopping center. I can not finish mentioning the good things there. I definitely coming back there. Babes go and experience the 5 stars service in a 3 star hotel. Kids loved too.

Upon arrival to our lodgings, the first thing was the bedding. My pillow had a blood stain on one side and makeup on the other. The pillow was lumpy like and old pillow, the sheets looked like they had been slept in before, towels were grey and frayed, long dark hair hanging from the bedside lamp, mould under the soap dish in the shower, insects(cockroaches) crawling up the drain the shower. We complained and the bedding and towels were replaced with an apology. Next was the overall appearance of the hotel. Clearly, it was a very tired building but no excuses for fingerprints on any glass surface. A hallway of glass to get to the pool area showed that it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in ages. Management were advised of all of our complaints including the lifeguards more interested in their phones than an actual teen that was struggling in the pool. He was fished out by family members. Next the dining room in the outside area. You were hard pressed to find a table that was clean. One morning I selected what I thought was a better one out of the bunch, sat down, brushed the crumbs off the table, started eating breakfast and then noticed the spaghetti sauce type marks made by someone wiping their face, on the white tablecloth dangling by my leg. It was disgusting. Again, an apology given, table remade. This hotel has forgotten what attention to details is. Manager blamed it on the attitude of the staff and how hard it was to find good help. Some of the staff were amazing, don't get me wrong but the majority had let their standards slip. Being an all inclusive should not make a difference and based on that I would avoid this place at all costs.

Pushy sales men Gym unsafe and should be closed parts missing Rooms swept not moped air conditioning didn’t work. Dated needs a refurb Beach would be perfect if not for camel and horse poo on the shoreline. Next door beach had loads of rubbish on it. A bed frame, mattress, cot with mattress in it was left in an open walkway for the seven days we were there. The rooms were dated, shower very poor pressure, aircon was adequate for October probably not for high season. Food was very repetitive and did not cater very well to fussy eaters. The salad bar was ok but again repetitive. The waiting staff are attentive. The pool was cold but we were visiting in October, there were adequate beds but a lot under shaded areas. The waterpark is unsupervised, again cold and the bar was not open (potentially due to time of year). The snack bar was ok, repetitive again but they do bring out pancakes & ham salad rolls at 4pm every day which is not advertised (these are great, prepare to queue). Glasses are permitted around the pool and waterpark which was odd. Many were broken, smashed so they should only allow plastic. Entertainment was ok some nights. The humour show was bizarre, but the entertainment staff are brilliant with the kids and in mini disco. The shisha bar was lovely (£6 for shisha) but they could do with more variety in flavours. We visited Nebuel market on Friday (25 TND) taxi. Prepare to be annoyed by the sales people and haggle! Beach was lovely, camel and water sofa are a must and both cheap. Tunisia is a lovely country, however we would probably not return to this hotel as my daughter is a fussy eater.

We have just arrived home from a wonderful 10 nights with you It was absolutely amazing and we were devastated leaving and we are already planning our return trip hopefully for a week in may and at least 2 weeks again in October It was my husbands first holiday and cannot wait to return to stay with you Drinks and food fantastic 👍 Thank you to each and every staff member they are all fantastic and are a credit to your hotel 🙏 Finally from the accommodation department I want to especially thank Swnya (Sonia) who looked after us with such professionalism, dedication and kindness and couldn’t do enough for us especially when my husband got badly burnt (too much sun) she is an absolute angel on earth and you are so lucky to have her as part of your team and she is such a genuine beautiful person She definitely made our stay that extra extra special and so deserves to be rewarded for her dedication to her job and her incredible representation of staff at the Samira Club and I want to wish her all the luck in the world and solely because of her we can’t wait to return Please please thank her again from us both 🌹♥️🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪 and thank you for an amazing experience 🇮🇪🇮🇪🇮🇪 love from Ireland
