DBD Alaçatı in Alacati

Our approximately one-week stay at Dbd Alaçatı unfortunately began with numerous problems. Without any prior notification, we were placed in a rather uncomfortable and crowded room on the ground floor. As two young women, when we requested a room change for safety and comfort, a very high price difference was demanded, and our request was rejected without any assistance. Cleaning was not done during our stay unless we requested it. Furthermore, we experienced power outages on four of our seven nights of stay, and water outages in the evenings on all seven nights. The communication style, indifference, and unhelpful attitude of the lady on duty at the reception during the day were also disappointing. Only her insincere and unfriendly attitude upon leaving the hotel on the last day of our week-long stay was somewhat disturbing. However, despite all these negative experiences, the only thing that made our stay bearable was Mr. Harun, who worked at the night reception. He was extremely polite, respectful, solution-oriented, and genuinely enjoyed his job. He dealt with all our problems and tried to help us with empathy each time. It was a great stroke of luck for us to witness such a professional and guest-focused approach. Thanks to Mr. Harun's attention, we were able to tolerate many of the negative aspects of the hotel to some extent. If this hotel received 3 stars, rest assured that all of those stars are thanks to Mr. Harun's efforts. We must not lose such employees. We thank him again.
